you can kind of do each of these, but it'd be through convoluted means, and would require a significant amount of setup. entity events with JSON may allow you to do the first one, depending on what you need
I'm not too fussed with how difficult it would be just more about using player.json as I would like it to be compatible with other add-ons. Im currently using dynamic tags to tell the user if they can do the change then go from there but if its not possible I am more than happy to wait for functionality to come at some point
the only thing I can think of is using effects like resistance and health boost
