Currently I'm working on new update for the vehicle add-on while I'm just thinking that if a player will ride a mob or a vehicle while the player hotbar was full of stuff it replaces the main tools while if exits it removes but the items before was disappeared

Like I remember when on the 15th anniversary event that there's an item switching like on lobby you have several stuff but it removes if you go to the another minigame, then you go back to lobby the items will appeared without losing

Yes it is possible and there are a lot of ways to execute this, you can create a simple database or some sort of way where you can store a player's inventory.
