Well from what I investigated of the code before you reply it looks like you have it already set up in the similar way that you have the others set up so what exactly is wrong with it that it's not working have you got the content logs that tell you which line or what is wrong with the code

If you don't know how to enable the content log you have to go to settings then the create a section and turn on content log and content log GUI

And you can press Ctrl h to to see the history of the errors
