- Added a new session.extensionContext.blockUtilities object which will present a number of high-performance common block operations. First function added is a fillVolume function to perform large scale fill operation which honors Editors different block palette types

Added support for input glyph replacement for signed books. For example, using input string ":_input_key.jump:" will be replaced with "JUMP" when using keyboard, or an emoji in case of using a gamepad.

There's a bug where your mouse exists the game window this preview in windowed mode.
It happened before this preview to me. But after I restarted the PC it was fine
While it wasn't working on preview, it was also not working in retail so maybe it's PC specific?
I am also testing jigsaw generation and so far it seems better, but it could just be my luck.

when i set slection size to 100x100x100 it does not delete anything, but with 99x99x99 it works perfectly fine

I'm curious about the AllowUnloadedChunks option in the getblocks and containsblock functions. I'm assuming that allows for loading and checking unloaded chunks? If so, why add it to those two, but not the fillblocks function?
Nvm, I guess the flag suppresses the error you would normally get if part of the function would access unloaded chunks and only processes the loaded ones.
I can't figure out the smooth tool. I wonder if I'll have better luck looking directly at the code
So are creators still building worlds for sale on the marketplace? As someone who plays vanilla and writes scripting -style Addons, I don't really understand the in-game editor that's getting so much focus.
Maps are still being made. Just not maps that would contain things that should be an add-on.
Also, it's hard to use editor mode in production when it's still in preview

Finally, you can fix it without restarting the world tho
Double click the block in the hotbar and hit 'make list' to make a weighted block palette.

I love how they implemented bee poisoning in this preview. Feeding the item adds a component group with spell_effects, and also a timer that waits a single tick before removing that same component group. Such a hack, the kind of thing I would write myself while muttering annoyances

Now with the implementation of the Ore UI on the world editing screen, does Mojang intend to add the export worlds button on mobile? Because so far it is exclusive to Windows, and mobile can only activate it with texture, but now with the Ore UI it is really impossible to enable the button.
I’d say it’s always been possible but it just isn’t on their list of properties
Yes, the button exists and works very well, but it is hidden and can only be activated with a texture pack, but now with the Ore UI screen, this is kind of invalidated and makes the button inaccessible for Android, and with Android's limitations it makes it impossible for you to save backup or transfer your worlds to another device or storage.
I really wish they would enable the button on the ore ui screen for mobile users as this is a very important feature
Android doesn’t have much limitations, you just have to go to your files and get the world folder and archive it into a .zip to send it to someone
