do you have your behavior pack installed twice? that error makes me think that it's reading another manifest

Don't think so. There is only one UUID in the behaviors.json, and there isn't a duplicate pack/folder anywhere in my files.

You gotta configure your server to allow those dependency. I don't know the details tho, maybe someone had a similar issue and u could search for it here

If it's this, you may be missing something in the permissions.json file

though normally those dependencies should be on by default for BDS

I redownloaded and got a new permissions.json. It fixed it lol.
