How does villager profession tga work?

I've been trying to convert a skin to work similar but it either comes out partly white or invisible

".tga" files were being compressed and it's locked from viewable on you gallery app unless it was imported to the game and you can open those on PC using GIMP and Photoshop

but also make sure your skin must have emissive alpha
