#horion anticheat v1.2

It would help a lot of them
Since Mojang don't care
I see far too many suffer from the effects of horion
Making an anticheat for BDS would be an achievement. I tried running one in the past and one of my friends someone got on with a modded PE and spawned a bunch of OP tools and then trashed my spawn area with tnt/lava even though it was protected
Does bedrock have the option to disable commandblocks or do hackers have the ability to bypass that?
protected how?
Ive used Deny blocks to protect structures and whatnot
that i dont want destroyed
nice. I just like the extra security ya know
never can be too cautious
same but i still covered the entire map wit deny blocks at the bottom
amulet made it super easy to do lol
Yeah for what you doing def a good thing to do
Based minecraft starting area protection
well that doesn't work anymore
and neither do any other nbt related cheats
that basically only works on local worlds where the hacker is the host
That’s crazy. I didn’t think it worked in LAN worlds that were being hosted.
pretty sure lifeboat doesnt use vanilla bds
all featured servers either use java (cubecraft), pocketmine, or completely custom softwares
Might be a negative too since it will be easier to look for bypasses with it public
People will try to bypass it regardless tbh
Encrypt it before publishing. So then people can't read the code.
iirc hosted servers that are "promoted" in the client use a customized BDS; its basically Bukkit to the vanilla server files
basically
pretty sure none of them use a bds based server tho
I wouldn't be surprised if they used one of these: https://wiki.bedrock.dev/servers/server-software.html or something that was made specifically for partnered servers
Iirc galaxite uses custom server (in go programming languave i think?)
hive is fully custom too
cubecraft is a java server (not sure which one) that uses a bridge for bedrock players
nethergames uses a pocketmine fork (its open source on github, not sure if fully)
the others idk. i dont play on them lol
Yeah but BDSX seems like the most likely contender
too bad 😔
pdb removal
Yeah so partnered servers 100% use customized bds
https://github.com/Mojang/bedrock-protocol-docs
most use a completelt different software. pdb removal doesnt affect them too
since they have dev builds
using bds for a minigames server sounds a like a horrible idea
Bdsx was amazing especially for me cause trying to convert my entire BH pack to a plugin would be annoying af and time consuming and I'd probably just end up quitting making addons at that rate
Being able to use BH packs and plugins was the best
fr. theres also a version plugin thing for levilamina
lets you connect to it with a higher version of client
