How To Modify Position Of Held Item?

I was wondering on how I can remove/move the item the player is holding (on a different geo).
Things I tried Include:
Disable Player Animations
Disable Player Render Controllers
Give the geometry the folders leftItem/rightItem

Ok so, If I understand, you want to define a position of an attachable in the player when it is held, right?

so you should try this

Method 2 is what I use, in my opinion it's better, but if you can do it with either method that's great.
