this is pretty good, I like the various attacks it has
Shouldnt it disable shields since it uses axes

I'm using /damage for a more realistic hitbox
And /damage doesn't count any item the command user is holding even if redirected
Those axes are on the model but even if I gave it real ones it wouldn't work
This is similar to the style of boss fights I make, I really like that. When you say it's the easiest boss to encounter, do you mean it will spawn in higher raid levels as a miniboss, kind of like ravagers? I think that'd be really cool.
To give a personal critique though, I think the health pool is too high. Boss fights like these are made to test a player's skill and knowledge on how to dodge and counter each attack. When you haven't mastered it, these boss fights take a while; once you have, you kill these bosses a lot more efficiently.
You've got a general flow with the boss, knowing how to handle it easily dodge most attacks while also dealing fast and high damage yourself, but the boss still feels like it overstays its welcome.
I gave it 320 health mainly because on Bedrock mobs die kinda fast with player melee

I wonder how to make it do a backflip?
I used a knockback roar entity which sends the mob backwards when it gets summoned in front of the mob
I assume you also used a behavior animation to make it lose knockback resistance for a little, then spawned the knockback roar entity after that applied the knockback resist yet again'
Oh, nah I make the knockback resistance value 0.9999
I both don't have to switch between values and makes the mob look like it can't be affected by knockback
The only real con is that the knockback roar value has to be absurd but I don't really mind
so you just made the knockback roar super powerful
