this is pretty easy

analyzee the example

this is working via http request

it created a http request with 2 headers

sets up it's body to JSON object which is the content of webhook

http request is created with url

and all of this is via sendWebhook custom function

setWebhookURL sets an url of a webhook

setWebhookContent sets a content of message
