So basically I made custom geometry block that use the normal 16x16x16 cube. But when I place them in my world, there are many gaps and weird bugs when placing it... If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it very much.

I don't see anything wrong with your block so far I have imported your geometry and texture and there is no gap

Paste the block file here but it looks like a weird bug(maybe a graphic bug)
