how can i make an element the same to vanilla loading screen kinda wants to have random messsage for every certain time, is it possible?

there is unfortunately no way to randomize things in the JSON UI alone. for that, you might have to use a different type of UI (ie., player renderer UI and some MoLang)

but you can, however, show text that changes from time to time. just create a several labels and create and alpha anim that shows only when the time comes

but u can use script api or something to send text to the players displays
