Note: it is still under development and I had few error which are the order of item when you choose sword in any order and then it placed it and clear it in his/her own hand which sword disappear. But you can help me in fixing this addon if you want it

Well just right click with the item but that was a mistake because they switch but while you hold an item that has not disappear on your hand which you hold a item

can you share how did you display the items?
are they hard coded in the model or dynamic

So you make a model which it look like glass block and you make the item model and you put it together
