Some people do that, but this server isn't about those kinds of modding as it often relies on shady methods that can also be used for piracy iirc(though I don't know too much about it)

what you are looking for is cpp mods which isnt hacking like said above but its not eqsy and lack community imo there is a basic article about it

The guide is quite a tad not up to date if you want to do modern modding
