You can't modify vanilla blocks in the bp. As for the attachable, do you have an item with the identifier of geyser_custom:gmdl_48e6f13? As otherwise it won't appear

The amber_block.json also isn't formatted like block files are. I'll try to fix it as best as I can, but I can't really tell what you're trying to do. I'd reccomend checking out this page to better understand how to make them: https://wiki.bedrock.dev/blocks/blocks-intro.html

I have a question, the "format_version" part you are setting is 1.20.40, can versions higher or above 1.20 be visible?

Is it not working? I haven't done custom blocks recently so you might want to double check what I did against the docs
