why does my custom button have a border even though i defined every border to be textures/empty?

it just has a white border and the background texture also doesnt take up 100% of the width when its on it's default state.

first image is not on hover second image is on hover

i want to remove the border and the image has to stay the same widthand not zoom in.

thats not the issue

the texture doesnt take up 100% of the space on the default state

when its hovered it like zooms in

i dont want that to happen
