food particle not proper color

I haven’t really messed much with the food component but I’m pretty sure you can’t modify the particle colours, I think it follows the item texture

It could be just a bug or maybe an issue with your texture-?

Which format version are you currently using?

I’m pretty sure it’s just an issue with your texture, have you tried using a different texture to see if the same thing happens-?

I don’t think we’re able to change the particle’s texture

We’re only able to change the item’s texture afaik

all you have to do to change the item’s texture is modify the texture property in the minecraft:icon component

any errors in content log-?

that’s weird texture but try with something else like the carrot’s texture

also just to make sure, do you have any other resource packs that might modify the particles in any way applied
