#Will we be able to use external React Libraries with OreUi
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
OreUI is built using React and TS lol
I'm asking cause some libraries might be too much for bedrock to handle
and ik that it's built with react and tyescript
react spring, and react three fiber
i mean I'm already learning js and kingdark already knows it so from experience. Not that hard. Been easy.
@react-facet/core and @react-facet/shared-facet 💖
I just realised and came back to this question, I don’t think they will answer this question mainly because OreUI still hasn’t been released
also i should definitely try to mess around and try to use Three.JS with OreUI
Definitely! Would be very funny if this would be the way to bring shaders back lol
We would need webGL for that
it will be awsome if we can use lots of community lib of react to build minecraft UI!
ye
Unfortunately, our in-engine web renderer (which underpins OreUI) is optimized for performance and is not 100% standards-compatible. Consequently, 3rd-party react libraries won't generally render the same way they do in full web browsers.
