I need to create cameras as part of an automatic security system, and I want to use armor stands for it. Some cameras will rotate back and forth. When the camera sees a wall it can't see anything behind it of course, but if it sees glass instead of a solid block then it can see behind it. Does anyone have an idea on how I might start this? Like the density of armor stands, how far the armor stands should go, and how wide the FOV should be. I am using 1.4.0-beta. Thank you to everyone that can help me with this!

- you need to learn camera command first
- learn JS
- learn script API
- trying to using this knowledge to do this project
we can help you with last two steps
but we are not here for learinf you JS or commands
we can help you setup the API project if you want
Camera command? I don't know what that is. I know JavaScript and I know script API, but I am just wondering what values I need to use, such as the FOV, the amount of armor stands that go in the FOV, and how far those armor stands should go
so you are going to use teleporting? to make cinema ones
Yes
That is a cool command, but I would like to make an automated camera system.
Which means nobody would need to look through the camera to catch somebody
i am confused sorry
Basically, there would be a block that acts like a camera and would highlight blocks in its vision. If a player steps on one of those blocks, then it is spotted by the camera. The blocks should be at a different y level so the player can't see them
