any way to cancel the action of entering the menu of a villager?

I dont like using villager trades often because theyre such a hasel to make, so instead i create just simple ui menus to buy kits and stuff. But i wanted to use villager trades for something recently and im not sure if its possible to cnacel the event for specific villagers, the thing that the ui villagers run on is theyre name so ill have to differentiate them thru name.
