you could use bridgeV2 if your new to making add-ons or still just want to do it on mobile, you can download the webapp from their website.

Yeah, I'd recommend bridge starting out to learn how it all generally works and some components. I'd say 1 week to a month with bridge is good, then switch to quickedit. This is because since bridge is a website, and not an application, you cannot edit Addons in real time, you've got to export it each time and import it, which can get tedious. Especially if you only make a single change. Quickedit, being an app, let's you edit files in your Android folder, which you need to give it access to.
