Don't be afraid to swim in lava. It doesn't do direct damage, it only inflicts the burn status. It's the burning that does the actual damage.

When a game is available on Steam there is some loss of control as I understand it. Possible loss of creative control and they do not retain 100% of the revenue (Steam takes 30%). Restrictive refund policies

The only control they have is that they take 30% of revenue from what people buy on steam itself, and that you don't get to set standard pricing lower elsewhere.

reported those trees. the gumboab, maple and fire trees all appear dwarfed. Spiral trees are large - but not excessive so and no fruit on my trees and I've planted 3. All of these are in pre-release.

Found a new mob! Zombie, in zone 4 sewers. Those were new in Update 4 generation, right? I don't recall having seem them before, at least not like this. With the dirty water channels.

I am not sure if i have found sewers yet. If so I have not recognised them as sewers but in zone 1 I managed to find a cemetery thing with skeletons I had never found before.. Are the sewers hard to find in zone 4 and are they near any of the usual buildings?

Hytale's Adventure mode worlds are effectively endless and procedurally generated. While considered technically bounded, they are vast enough that reaching the absolute map border is virtually impossible in normal gameplay.

i did from the begining but when update 4 dropped it was a nightmare as so many mods weren't updated. Fortunately now the developers are giving more help to modders with updates

and have moved to mods that are being regularly updated. Its a shame some of the older ones aren't as there were some nice mods there

It doesn't appear that I have planted a sallow tree. I can plant one and let you know....but that's not very helpful today, is it? My amber & windwillow have grown to full size. The trees I have noted that are still borked appear to be maple, fire, gumboab, and spiral for sure. I reported all but them yesterday.

For now you can use maple logs. Maple saplings aren't that expensive, especially if you have a large enough plot of eternal crops. (I have too much essence of life lol)

I stopped harvesting my eternal crops after getting to like 400 Greater Essences, lol. I only harvest when I need them for something now.

And a few hundred essence for saplings doesn't really impact the ledger, lol.

FYI I recommend fertilizing eternal crops since soil cannot decay under eternal crops resulting in essentially permanent fertilizer.

You can quickly farm poop by shearing chickens, putting them in a capture crate, releasing them, and shearing them again.

Fun Fact: Gold bricks are craftable now via gold ingots in the builder's workbench. You can then get the stairs, slabs, walls, etc from putting the resulting bricks in, and the other full block variants such as smooth, ornate, etc from a builder's hammer.

It's a ruin in the desert, which starts with a very deep pit, so you have to make your own way down around the edges. There's a lot of loose sand, and if you dig it away, you find like a hundred high-roll chests.

But you should check the patch notes, location of pre-release worlds is changed. It may be that you need to move the save file yourself?

Is it hard? Depends. I would say challenging, but exciting. I like doing it, because I want to share the game I like to wider audience. Specific knowledge would be to know English at a good level (I would say at least B2) and being native at your own (grammar, vocab and stuff). After that may come knowledge of how games are doing those translations, knowing how to properly make it up for UI, because there are different rules, that aren't in English and more standard practice over here.

If you see the blue bar being done, it doesn't mean the work is done though! You can always propose new and better translations to fit the mood better or in already approved ones to find possible mistakes (typos and stuff). It is constant work, so there is always a room for anyone to join.

Every void mob can drop a voidheart it's just the bigger the mob the higher the chance of them dropping a voidheart

No? Its the fact v2 will start with Z1 and just Z1 and then they will basically get that where it needs to be then when they need to they will add Z2 so you'll still be returning to your main map for Z2-4 content for now
