Same with me. I contacted Activision Support through in game and they asked for proof(screen recording of prime gaming, in game mail, and characters) to which i gave all the proofs. They said that they would move the request to the higher ups for the further review and it's been 1 week now, still no response after the last reply. All i do is open the in game mail to see if i received the reward and then i open the Activision open support chat and ask them for the status, but no reply.
