Use items from your inventory (not equipment)
Use _use food [amount]/health/stamina/mana/all to eat one food and regen your hp, stamina and mana for 15 points (20 with regeneration trait)
Use _use cfood [amount]/health/stamina/mana/all to eat one cooked food and regen your hp, stamina and mana for 25 points (35 with regeneration trait)
Use _use hg to use health gem and increase your current health (not max health)
Use _use hg equipment_id to use health gem on equipment to increase this equipment health stat
Use _use sg to use stamina gem and increase your current stamina (not max stamina)
Use _use sg equipment_id to use stamina gem on equipment to increase this equipment stamina stat
Use _use mg to use mana gem and increase your current mana (not max mana)
Use _use mg equipment_id to use mana gem on equipment to increase this equipment mana stat
Use _use pg to use power gem and temporary increase your attack stat

Use _use ag to break absolute gem and receive few other type gems
Each gem usage gives xp for character and for alchemy skill. Alchemy skill can increase gems effects. You can use gems unlimited times on one equipment, but each time will be with less chance
