it’s not the most efficient language but probably the most organized in terms of object oriented programming, much easier to compartmentalize different parts of a project into abstract classes with Java than with other languages (in my opinion of course)

and also yes, most organized, each file needs to have a class to function, this makes it very clear where functions are located as opposed to them being in classes or namespaces or whatnot, also I don’t think I’ve ever used the 1980 or birth of christ time measurements over the course of multiple years, those are just obscure and old libraries, they don’t represent the whole language

and Java doesn’t really support ‘auto’ variable types, so it’s very structurally sound in terms of variable types. this also means the linters for it are clearer and more accurate than other languages, from what I’ve seen in my own experience
