It’s probably because of their subspecies, always check subspecies to make sure there’s at least one that’s viable to grow

A lot of times subspecies will get really bad roles on traits and stats from their locuses which leads to them dying out over time

The biggest ones I’ve seen are having really bad speed or offspring stats, leading to the subspecies dying out

I really like the new update, because it feels like they have a lot more sentience than before. Like I was testing the new building patterns with a huge world of humans with infinite resources and cheats on, and whenever I would destroy all their houses to have them build a new pattern to test, the 11,000 or so people in the kingdom would all go mad and start fighting, and it would be a huge genocide whenever their houses were destroyed

Yeah that’s why I wish there was a way to limit how good or bad they naturally spawn. I’ve detailed a way to accomplish this system before.
