you need a good PC for one, you can use any world from iceburg up (you WILL need plains if it is iceburg). You will generally see 14000-24000 people in peace and 5000-15000 in times of scarcity, war, etc. If you want better population management, send a plague through your world during hte first big coalition wars.

If you are on PC there should be maps uploaded to the workshop that will let you get all the plots, you have to set your game to pause on startup through the debug menu for it to work properly though. If you're on mobile, good luck lmao
