How factions should work? There can be more factions inside a single kingdom? They do affect the politics of a kingdom and how?

Factions can be simple traders or rebel groups, for example Huclari are from different kingdom but the Samshir are rebels (not fully independent yet so they are still considered peoples)

Essentially instead of kingdoms directly talking they have factions like traders or generals middlemen like real life
