now that im more awake i can actually answer this question. Circles. Almost any body can be broken down into a set of circles. you just make a reference frame where you make the circles for each of the body forms (for pixel art usually just the torso shape, breasts/pectorals, arms, and hips) and then you draw the shape you want on a frame above it using the circle frame as guidelines

I still dont think im that great but i do know that Ive massively improved over the course of only a few years due to taking the time to learn instead of brute forcing pixel art like i did before. Part of the reason I got into pixel art was because of owl craft. He’d always make tutorials and help me with it though it took a little while before I really got into pixel art
