Guys i worked on my suggestion of trols...
•Trols are blue skinned humanoid giants that likes to live on the snowy places and builds their homes with large stone bricks. Trols main trait is the "giant" one. they live for 250 years only getting old after the 200. Trols have 5 culture clothings are knowing by making ice armors and shilds.

•Birth rate: they age very slow due the cold but also breed less... They're not the race that win in numbers but they're strong and can live enough to see the enemies age, root and die before they get the first gray hairs.
