I hate to disagree but I always felt need for more pixels

It's cool and I think a lower amount of pixels wouldn't really fit for this artwork. I'd improve with shading / changing the sky and water, usually sky closer to the horizon is lighter so you should try something like that with the sky, and maybe some color variations in the water too.
And something you could add, but really depend on where you'd like to go with this art, is some other and smaller parts of floating ice and maybe clouds
