If you think about it... Elsi's demons have an advantage in their world being that biologically males are more muscular and stronger (doesn't mean that females can get stronger However) not to mention more stable. As seen in the comic this trade-off came with the cost of less physical stability.

And given that there was a war in their recent history

It would make even more sense for them to choose strength

So Elsi's design for having mostly Femboys kinda makes sense

Since people would still want to be femininish
