Most of them are peaceful

There’s some warrior clans

But they exist mostly incase say a shark or something appeared

I mean, the fishermen also technically isn’t wrong, but I’m assuming he wanted the hot kind, to like…gain immortality. Not the cute kind. What a shame, although I’d totally capture them myself, but a polite capture! Not a mean capture.

They just thought they’d finally catch a mermaid (mermaids are canonically a thing just they are extremely rare and they live off the coast of Italy and Greece)
