Turn off animal spawn also change the age to age of despair. After all of this keep watching the resources box if they have some meat destroy the resources box.

If you click the red bordered one above any of those lets you select traits. select the trait you want to get rid of and towards the top right it has a star looking thing called void rain. select that a sprinkle it over the units you want have the trait removed

Alright Warrior choose the sapient wolf people.

They are already cannibals, add traits like big stomach and voracious to their subspecies.

Have them make a clan and grab the member of that clan, kill the rest. Clone that clan member and make sure they can't leave.

Idealy surround them with water or walls. Make sure all vegetation is off and Manuelly kill any nearby animals they may feast on. If they have meat above their head it means they've spotted food, make sure to kill it before they get to it. Do this until their hunger is below 10% and they will kill eachother.

Try removing that and replace it with water. I tired this with orks and walls they just didn't want to do it. They also broke when I trapped them in walls.

I chose the wolf folk and surrounded them with water instead.

Also make sure to check them, see if their hunger is below 10% they won't cannibalize unless they are under 10% hunger
