I did a small concept write up for minotaurs and dragonkin back when the game suggestions weren't redirected to the alternate site.

Minotaurs
-Slightly slower birth rate than orcs with lower village governing capacity. Higher chance to be born with giant and dumb. Always spawns with Strong and can turn bulls into armored bulls who fight alongside them. Building style would be somewhere between humans and orcs. Unique culture tech "Speed of the Beast" to guarantee villagers are born with Agile.

Dragonkin
-All kings are always immortal and blessed. Higher chance to be born with Pyromaniac, gluttonous and charged. Always spawns with Fireproof. Building style would be a sort of more Aztec inspired set with similar build patterns to Dwarves. Unique culture tech "Ancestral Call" allows them to summon a dragon to assist them in wars.
