The first two tribes

After a 2 year long battle in an attempt to drive the ichu tribe off the land, the igi have come to peace with their neighbors after the conflict had caused a separation of their people, and the ichu decide to move across the land bridge themselves

After a far expedition, the ichu people have made a settlement in the northern portion of their new land

The northern settlement of the ichu tribe have claimed independence as they colonize their new land, and have named themselves Dasansa; meanwhile, the Pidymy are attempting to make successful expeditions to new land via boat for the 4th time

They have discovered the skill of ocean travel very quickly, signs of exponentially increasing advancements in technology compared to their neighbors

As the ichu continue to explore eastward, the Dasansa has continued to colonize their land. However, in their desire to claim as much land as possible, they have cut an ichu territory off from the rest of their people, causing a war between the two nations.

Meanwhile, the Pidymy territory has become their own nation of the great Abech, as the igi tribe continue to colonize the desert peninsula they have landed upon

As for what I've seen so far as it happened before, there are three ways of this happening:

1. Dissable old age death as you said.
2. Save when the person is really old, wait a little bit and save again for each new year, if it suddendly dies, reload the world and repeat till it reaches this age
3. Sometimes VERY RARELY, people will just arrive till this age for no reason apparent other than random luck
