nothing else I can see actually allows them to throw bombs, if you legit saw bombs being thrown. If you only saw the aftermath, "cast fire" religion trait, and "gift of fire" and "spicy kids" subspecies traits may cause random fires

and death bomb and the nitroglycerin blood clan trait can cause explosions

there doesn't seem to be a way to; you can give a clan the void ban trait and then all their religions bloodline bond if you want to stop people spellcasting altogether I think, but you can't reduce a subspecies' actual mana

also I literally just came up with that method of preventing spellcasting, so it might not work

Here's this world again, 102 years later, just following the end of the world's second World War basically

Unification is happening slowly but surely through conquest

Elven culture has taken over much of the world despite the elves only holding their one kingdom, as such Shattered Crown isn't much of an issue for the orcs. The Dwarves continue to suffer succession crises and shattering though

...aaaaand Ketrozan just declared World War 3 not even three years later

..so the humans are unified. Lmao

And with Nal falling, Katrozan is straight up the last of the original four kingdoms still intact. Rhel was the second Elf kingdom and conquered the first, and well... look at how fractured the Orcs and Dwarves still are despite the slow unifications happening there

...basically right after the third world war was over.. a few years later came the fourth. This one is the true big one and has lasted half a century and still hasn't resolved. Because this time it's Everyone vs Ketrozan and their allies.. and their final ally just got wiped out

Of note are the amount of villages that just straight up fell to ruin instead of being conquered in this one. The wilderness is expanding again, and an age of despair just started. The first age of despair this save brought with it plague that stunted a looot of growth

I'm doing ages where the first age in the cycle is guarunteed to be Hope and the rest are completely random

so I made a crocodile with all gold size decrease genes, to see how small it could get

however, it turns out there's a minimum size, and once something passes that minimum, it starts growing again, but upside down

Once upon time in my challenge in Japan mapp that I created my self there was this war between the forces of the south under the rule of clan ichijo and emperor Sanjo and the north clan nagao and allies the war went on for 30 years that Sanjo didn't see it ending

Also there was this crazy comeback of Emperor Keitai of the Kofun period that outclassed by the forces of the north of Japan instead of losing just beat out the enemy alliance securing another century of Emperors personal ruling on Japan

Well I finished at nearly 4000 years using all 165 Japanese emperors in a mmmm Ultra map well I set to be very. Big with a great Japan and Hokkaido but without the great island in the south, total village was 23 it took me so long cause I would go to x1 or x3 rarely and I plaied by phone only at home so I could have a Pic to the next emperor or empress and counting I was busy well took me long and then my challenge was too how much they all could live so technically the thing is having the heian emperors lasting for ~732 years Nara 200 years only Nanboku-cho being difficult to put in the game I the period duration was only 21 years long then I had rules that the emperor would only resign in Kyoto until Edo and so it wasn't necessary the king of the country that hadnt the capital In Kyoto to be the emperor unless the game chose it to be it, in the mix I tried to recreate some big wars, give the shogun names until I run out and give only shogun to npc name, clan from all different eras with real clan members and sooo because I would prefer the emperor to be long life I would choose kings to be between their 60s and 20s sometimes even 1year old result some centuries had to 2 to 3 emperors per century unless they died in wars aaand to those near 4000 we need to take out all those small years of me waiting for the enemy to conquer Kyoto or For a war to be end whenever I felt that more and more emperors would die in the literal middle of a enemy raid , my order was Gods, Nara(~70 or 90 to 230 and returned for 1250-1296 one Empress reason was Chaos Season), Heian 230-1050, Kofun(1050-1250)(took the heian empire until the fourth emperor of the period), Asuka(1296-1638), Kamakura(1638-2117), Nanboku-cho(2117-2138), Muromachi(2138-2318), Warring states(2318-2365), Edo(2365-~3100), Present period(~3100-~3300), legendary emperors(returns to Kyoto) (~3300-4000).

Consider then that all those big periods need to be divided into subperiods sooo examples Heian 1,2,3,4,5 so on accompany by a strange name I would use to not get confused

And kingdoms who occupy Kyoto would be the original name+period +subperiod

=complete name

So this is why it was crazy

Also one thing I urge to say the list of Japanese emperors on Wikipedia was gravely and mistakenly modified by an idiot who mixed up legendary emperors with Kofun and Asuka Nara and put the second emperor of Sengoku as the first of Edo emperors
