Walls: If a kingdom is big enough, it will build walls and guard towers to protect it. People can also make bombs to destroy it.
Mermaids: They will live in deep and close oceans. They will make cities just like people but under the water. They can't go on land. They also have trident and if another race kills them, they have a 50 percent chance of getting the trident. They way people fight them is by being able to swim well.

Add horses.
Horses will be a new way of transportation, although they will not be as efficient as boats. Horses can be tamed by any civilization (humans, elves, orcs and dwarves) and if their home village gets destroyed, they will move to the closest village that belongs to their home kingdom, if their home kingdom gets destroyed, they’ll move to the closest neighboring kingdoms village. Horses can also be used for trade but not as much if boats are a viable option.

Add the ability to adjust the severity and chance of Natural Disasters and Other Disasters occurring. Sometimes it feels like the chance is way too uncommon of occurring, even with x5 speed with the hourglass. A way to adjust the chance and severity would be useful for people who want to really challenge their civilizations through natural occurrences.

a kingdom can send boats to undiscovered places and place colonies or territories that are protected by independent minutemen but if the territory is attacked by another kingdom the territory's owner will attack that empire but they have higher chances to claim peacefully or forcefully.

Seemingly since world box is in medieval era we need castle walls, siege weapons to break them, also the farm and path tile.
I have an idea if it isn't suggested then change max lvl to higher if possible lower the boosts and resistances of armor and equipment, lower chances to get legendary items from enemies increase the item pool of enemy drops, add Dragon and/or Crabzilla slayer traits which give some boosts(those two can be obtainable at the same time but don't overlap) able to use dragon mats to make armor and weapons (from normal/common to legendary), an x% chance to maybe get a dragon slayer sword (if implemented), increase dragons power and armor level(bc currently everyone is able to solo one shot kill the dragon if they find a way), add raid system, bandits and some humanoid monsters can create there own villages (monsters in case if they get "wise" trait).

Individual gold:
-each unit should be able to gain gold by getting paid for their job (peasant<soldier<leader<king), by looting, and by selling items they crafted
-each item has a different price, for wearable items like weapons, armors and jewelry, it is based upon the weapon’s material, quality and stats. For food, it’s based on the rarity of the food.
-each unit has to pay taxes to their city, based on their leader’s stats (greedy leaders take more taxes, generous leaders take less takes). If the population pays taxes higher than what they actually have, they will revolt and kill their previous leader.
-a certain percentage of the taxes get sent to the capital, the percentage is higher if the king is greedy.
-if a leader has the corrupt trait, they may get paid by other cities/countries for different reasons like: not sending their army to battle during a war; revolting...

Multi-Racial Kingdoms. The way this could work is that after a war or ally factions of different races can absorb other races into their ranks. Depending on the kingdom’s laws, they will treat other races differently. Sometimes you can have an elven faction who treats humans as second class citizens or slaves but later on humans can join the military or become kings. Also add a simple kraken, it sinks boats, can raise water levels a little bit. Finally bandit camps, and bandits. Sometimes villages who don’t like their rulers or with low in vital resources, villagers will commit crimes such as theft, murder, arson, or bombings. Sometimes a gang can form in a city where they extort resources and export illegal substances. You can also have special bandit camps out in the wild if your world isn’t engulfed by city.
World Generation update, nothing big. Just add a world option that generates one big supercontinent.

I suggest different guard or regular army like different robes for different types of battalions, such as regimentation with the regiments of “Royal Guard, Elite Warriors, Knights.”
Royal Guard Should have red and the country’s colors, Elites Should have black with country’s, and knights to have iron or sliver with country’s flag on the back of them.
ROAD PATHS
Units should use roads more often, for example, when traveling more than 10 tiles, then they should use the shortest possible road tiles(the brown tile that we have). It would only make sense that they would travel more often in roads since they speed up their travel time and they increase productivity within the borders. We could also have roads that connect cities of same kingdoms that are close enough with each other (about 20 tiles) but only if their loyalty is high level so it's unlikely for them to rebel. And it makes sense for city roads coz if you have far allied cities then it would take more time to get there than travelling inside city borders

Alliances - A Dynamic System
Alliances could be formed between different nations on the map, which would cause them to add their military power together during times of war.
- Alliances are most likely formed between nations of the same race, though multiracial alliances are possible. (World Law?)
- Alliances are most likely to form between smaller, similarly sized nations to prevent larger ones from growing too powerful, though it is still possible (though more unlikely) for large nations to form alliances. Alliances held before a nation grew into a 'large' nation will stay present.
- Alliances are nullified for a nation upon the death of that nation's leader.
- Should a civil war occur, and multiple nations break off, the nations that broke off from the main one will have alliances with one another form to help combat the larger foe they broke form. They will not have alliances with the nations that the one they broke from had.
- Leaders of the 'Diplomat' type are more likely to form alliances as opposed to going to war.
- Leaders of the 'Militarist' type have a chance of gaining a new trait- traitorous. Leaders with this trait would have the ability to break an alliance and declare a surprise war on their former ally.

Religion system
Different religions would act like different kingdoms. You can inspect all of them with a button similar to the one you use to inspect all the kingdoms. Religions would claim villages. Villages that have different religions from the capital will have a lower relationship score. Kings with different religions will have lower diplomacy scores between their respective kingdoms.
New Stat
A "Religion Stat", which would show up as a percentage. This is essentially how "religious", or devoted a person is. The stat can be changed by happiness (higher happiness=increased religious percentage), or how much you interact with the world (you interacted with the world recently, humanoids around the events religious percentage will go up.) Once a humanoids religion stat reaches 0%, they switch to another random religion or make their own. If it gets above 90%, they will become their religions unique unit, which i will go into further detail below.
Religion stats
Like with kingdoms, a few things are randomly generated. These include the religions symbol (which would show up where the flag would be when you look at all the religions), how the followers worship (praying, sacraficing, preaching), the religous buildings (where they go to do their worship, can be anything from a church to an altar), and also what the unique unit worshipers become when they reach a 90% religion stat.
The special units
The unique unit a religion has is picked randomly from an already predetermined set of "classes". The classes are: Paladins, warlocks, druids, clerics, bishops, monks, and shamans. Each of them get a unique ability, and increased stats. Ex of unique ability: Paladins smite, once every minute the paladin is able to use this spell, in which case a holy light comes from the sky, and does an aoe attack to everything in a small radius.
why can't people farm when it's snowing

Multi threading performance optimizations: As it currently stands world box runs most of it's game logic seemingly in a couple of threads (Utilizing only one or two cores when dealing with huge worlds of 10,000+ entities). Ideally at some point it would be good to move towards offloading / working out which game mechanics could be moved towards other threads to better utilize more cores on PC and mobile as this seems to be the primary limiting factor in scope of having larger worlds run at reasonable speeds.
Any operations that can be offloaded will also allow for the parts of the game that are harder to multithread more room to breath to the main game thread meaning any move towards this will improve overall performance on most machines.

Zombie/Tumor Buff
Instead of it being a random chance, zombie infection should depend on the armor and traits of the unit being attacked by a zombie. For example, a king/soldier clad in full adamantine armor will have next-to-zero chance of being infected. On the other hand, your average villager won't be so lucky with a practically-guaranteed infection chance. Traits such as agile or fast will also slightly boost a unit's chances of not being infected, while traits like slow or fat have the opposite effect. In addition, being killed by a zombie will 100% result in the unit turning into a zombie themselves unless they have the immune trait.
Tumors, despite the new creatures, are still lacking when it comes to spreading their spooky fleshiness. They are easily destroyed by pretty much anyone or anything that has a weapon, with bows in particular being the bane of their existence. For one, the more tiles a tumor has, the stronger it will become, and unkempt tumor tiles should have a chance to spawn a new tumor if the original tumor has been destroyed. Tumor creatures should also get their very own "Tumor Monster" (that could use a more creative name) trait, which allows them to regenerate health if they are standing on tumor tiles. Fire, not a bow, should be their one true weakness. Flame Swords, Plague Doctors, or a lucky lightning strike will come especially in handy.
Tumors should grow thses tumor flowers that will help spread more tiles, Tumors should transform Animals as well and Tumor creatures will sometimes combine together becoming more bigger and stronger

I propose to add from each race in the game the guild of adventurers. Their task will be to protect the population from local monsters, and attack the evil nps, which can appear side by side because of random events or the action of the player himself. The player can also see who has any progress in the guild, and the guild can enter a random resident.
I also suggest adding pirates to the game. Any ship can accidentally rise up and become a pirate, loot other ships and even port.
I propose to add a race of marine inhabitants, that it would be possible to establish Atlantis and the like, to fight with races on land

Ok so i will put you in a POV you are a 1000 years old kingdom and there is no hereditary thing so what i suggest that there is a chance of getting some of your family traits and the diplomatic militarism the administrative things so it will be like this

With the pass of the time the generations will get stronger like it happends in real wolrd making bad traits to be nule and good traits being pretty common

King defenders
Kings die very often and it's annoying. I hate that every few seconds to minutes a new king is being elected because the old one died in a battle. This is why I am suggesting the King defenders or royal defenders.
Basically, strong soldiers with high level will join together to defend the king. They get a buff in damage, health and armor and will always follow the king and defend him to their death. One of the defenders is commanding the others, he has a banner with the colors of the kingdom.
The defenders always get good equipment

Add a new war system
I have tried many times to start big wars with more than one kingdom, but its very hard and takes a lot of time due to the war and peace system.
I have came up with a new idea for a new war system and I should solve my problem.
Here's how it works. You click on the declare war button, then click on a nation. After you click on a nation, you click on another nation and the nation you pick 1st will make peace with the nation you clicked second.
The same could work with peace deals.
I hope this is added to the game because I have had this issue more than once and I bet other people have had the same issue.

I think that there should be tameable creatures like trolls that can be tamed by orcs to use in battle, mystical deer ridden by elves and maybe even make the dragon tameable by the dwarves.
Kings and Generals should be accompanied by a army when leaving the capital city. Why? Because they’re important people to the kingdom, so they would need somebody protecting them.

TREATIES AND AFTER WAR DEPLOMACY
Adds in treaties between a country dominated from war and the enemy. A treaty would possibly be signed between the nations so no body completely looses there empire. Possible villages, resources, troops, and or people could be traded in to the winning country. If a kingdom is having a Rebellion and the rebel state is doing really well, a treaty also works there.

Okay so I propose something for those monsters that look more civilized than they actually are
Skeletons & Necromancers: A new Building called "Bone Fortress" Which can spawn one Necromancer and 3 skeletons per 20 seconds. I'll get into more detail in a bit
Skeletons on their own are unorganized, but have a knack for finding other skeletons across the entire map and meet up, they do this before attacking, but when some are already in combat the other skeleton group must go to them.
Skeletons with Necromancers always follow the Necromancer, and some across the map can teleport to the Necromancer, they have a wider radius to find civilizations and will always run to the Necromancer when the Necromancer takes damage. Necromancers can also heal a group of skeletons with a limited radius and 15 sec cooldown
Multiple Necromancers will pick one to lead, the other just heal/ attack
A Bone Fortress will give a slight buff to all skeletons on the map, making them faster and with a higher defense, also giving them a higher range to find attackers, and the spawned Necromancer is given a significant defense/ attack strength/ Crit chance buff
A Bone Fortress with a random Necromancer will automatically give buffed Necromancer the skeletons with the others blindly following them
Cold ones and Demons: More spawn towers = faster NPC spawning
New Unit: Hell Guard (Demon) and Watcher (Cold Ones): Powerful Guard units that stick to the spawn tower and defend it. A tower can convert at least 3 normal units into these. They have the Immortal and Giant traits, and although slow, pack a huge magic and normal attack buff. Their fire/ ice effects last 6 seconds longer too.
Also Cold Ones and Demons are way more hostile to eachother than to other races, seeking them out across the map and aiming for the towers
(Also can the Ice Tower get a more lethal effect, it's usually dwarfed by the fireballs)
(Sorry for confusion but the Bone Fortress spawns one Necromancer and thats it opposed to skeletons)
Religion. I've been wanting this for a while now. NPCs should be able to build altars to you or false gods. When a sacrifice or something similar takes place at an altar, you could be notified in the top right of the screen that either a civilization is praising you or praising a false god. The player can choose what to do with the NPCs afterwards. Civilizations that praise you should have a small blessing, and civilizations that don't should have no effect happen to them (could be changed in world laws). This is all just a few ideas of those that I have for a religion mechanic so far.

Make the boats leave earlier, whenever wars happen between kingdoms, usually at least one of the kingdoms use boats to transport their army to invade the other kingdom. But, the boats literally take forever to leave. The army will be aboard the boat, and the boat will just not leave. Usually when this happens, the kingdom that is at war with the other kingdom, will go ahead and invade the capital while the other kingdom’s army is just sitting in the boat not doing anything. This is very frustrating to watch

Core Villages. The Player would have the ability to designate a kingdom's village as a core village. These villages would be prioritized first for conquest, and would have a lower chance of revolution. A kingdom that can hold onto the village for more than 10 years could maybe gain that village as a core village. This mechanic would lower the chances of "Kingdom migration", wherein a Kingdom named holy ooghalo may move from one corner of the map to the other, all in the span of one king.

Government Types
Have different type of governments instead of just have a king, Such as like
Democracy
- Free Democratic Elections
- Has a President or a Consul
- Laws will be made in Congress
- President can enforce or veto laws congress passes.
- Declarations of Wars are in the Power of Congress however The President must demand such notion before taking place.
- The Courts Uphold the Law, and Strikes down any law that it deems unconstitutional
- Democracies can go to war with other Democracies but it will have a negative effect on diplomacye
- Different Type of Democracies, (Direct Democracy, Parliamentary Democracy, Or Representative Democracy)
Dictatorships - Does not have Elections
- They got a Dictator (cause its a dictatorship)
- Dictator controls the government and has no limits on his power (although laws can be made by Parliament)
- Dictator can pass any laws he wants and remove any laws as he wishes to remove
- War Declarations are in the complete control of The Dictatorship
- If the Dictator is so unpopular among the Populace, He can be removed in a Coup if the Military Does noting about it
- Different Type of Dictatorships (Oligarchic Dictatorships, Totalitarian Regime, Or just Plain Old Dictatorships)
Monarchy - The Default Government
- Feudal System
- Laws are made by the king (but depending on what kind of Monarchy this is it can be pretty limited)

- War Declarations powers are held by the king (Can be limited depending on what type of Monarchy it is)
- When a Monarch Dies, His or Her Eldest Child becomes king (but if the King has no clear Successor, A Succession Crisis will begin and can involve other kingdoms and even devolve into a civil war)
- If A Monarchy is unpopular, They can be removed in a coup if Military Doesn't Do anything and can replace the Government Type if it is unpopular enough

Archers shouldn't be able to fire infinitely on their targets. Instead, archers should have a limited quantity of arrows in their inventory. Arrows would be made of one wood (the shaft) plus one stone or any ore type (the arrowhead). The power of the arrow and the color of the arrowhead would be determined by what's used for the arrowhead.
Ability to enable/disable certain disasters, for example, allow earthquakes to happen but not tornados. Or let demons spawn but not the Evil Mage

We could appoint our own rulers through a button when we click on an NPC, which would make them the new King after the current king dies. That way we could have our favorites as rulers if we want despite the stats, however the game can still appoint the new rulers if we don’t do anything.
Incarnation tool - we can summon ourselves as mortal, but keep our divine powers. Our appearance varies depending on the area: if we spawn in a Orc area, we appear as a glowing orc. Same for humans, dwarves and elves. This is different from the power that would allow us to control NPCs.
Power that allows us to control NPCs. This would limit our powers, and would only give us the abilities depending on the NPC. If it’s the typical 4 race: we would live normal. If it’s demons or cold ones: our traits would be the same. Same goes for any other thing: UFOs, bandits, animals, etc. We could exit out of the body like spirits without killing them, that way we could control them later on. When we control one of the 4 race, we can live normal like them: farm, be a warrior, governor, king, etc. If we control a king, we can control the kingdom (wage wars, make peace, send warriors, appoint generals, etc). If we’re killed from combat, we exit the body and resume with our divine powers. If we die of old age, we exit the body and resume with our divine powers.
Resurrection: There could be a list of all people who have died. When we click on them, they would be resurrected from the dead. That way, if our favorite dies and there’s no way to get them back (even with save), we could easily raise them from the dead. Their stats, traits, name and age would be the same, however their tools would be removed. This would make us more powerful since this is a god simulator game.
Humans should get their own special trait like the other civilizations. The trait should be called “Runner”, basically allows an NPC with this trait to be able to run for extended periods of time without having to stop (if an npc doesn’t have this trait then they will have to stop repeatedly from time to time).
And before you downvote, IRL humans could actually outrun any animal due to us being the best in terms of endurance when it comes to running long distances. (Search it up if you don’t believe me).

Religion Update - We could form religions in the game. There would be a tab or button we click that shows us the followers of these faiths. Each religion would have their own color and logo (we could choose those colors and logos for ourselves). There would be a list of religions (like how we could see the list for kingdoms). In each religion, if you click on them, shows: (1) religious leader, (2) amount of followers, (3) how old the religion is, (4) where it succeeded from. There could be a World Law that allows us to switch it on and off - and once on, we could either form it ourselves or the game randomly generates it. Typically, like boats, they would randomly appear in the world after a time, and spread overtime. New religions can break off from current religions (works the same as rebellions for cities). You could rename current religions like how you can rename kingdoms. What this would do is: spark religious wars, can be a prime factor for rebellions. Many race can have the same religion (an Orc and human can share the same faith). This would also add a new stat: religious. There would be a tool where you can sprinkle your influence and your favorite religion would spread more and more, that way your religion doesn’t easily die off.
War Update: For the war tool and peace tool, we can specifically choose what kingdoms wage war against, instead of having it be random like what the current tools do.
Interracial Kingdom: We could have one kingdom consist of many race. This could only be done by one who has a HUGE diplomacy stats, OR we could choose the rulers ourselves (if my suggestion of us being able to choose the rulers for each kingdom happens). It adds more interesting things, and many worlds can truly be united if all lived peacefully with one another.
Mutation Alien Update: UFOs can come down and abduct certain NPCs. When the NPC victim returns, their DNA has changed. They become half (specific race) half alien. This can go on and reproduce to have children with similar features. If a human was abducted and turned into half human half alien, that same NPC can reproduce with other race since their DNA allows them to (he/she can have children with orcs, elves, dwarves, etc). This would go on until you wipe them out. BUT this only occurs if UFO is spawned and does this process, can’t be made a new species tool.
Demonic Virus: A new virus tool, similar to the plague and zombie plague but combined, where there exist a virus but demonic. Once sprinkled on, the NPC slowly and slowly dies and finally becomes half mortal half demon. What this would do: they would not be hostile with demons, and demons won’t attack. They’re basically demons but weaker. They attack other species that are not demons. Their stats increase a bit, HOWEVER they retain their mortal stats: they can die of old age (unless you make them immortal or were already immortal), they don’t have the evil trait like demons do. They wouldn’t be able to spawn fire with their feet, but are vulnerable to fire and have fire as their blood. However, they can be cured and return back to normal through Divine Light. While it kills full demons, it won’t kill half demons but rather cure them to being normal again.

Make ores serparate, for example gold ore, silver ore, copper ore, ect, and rare metal ores that appear 1 or 2 on the map. Creatures will then build mines on top of the ores. That way a village can have 1 dedicated mine, produce 1 single metal, and the rest they will have to trade with other villages who have different metals. Also make stone mines near high mountains or anywhere that have stone on the ground.
Add incediary weapons like fire arrows so creatures can burn crops and buildings during war time.

Soldiers should not only fight in wars and defend cities they should also fight threats, for example if theres zombies at a land preventing a kingdom to expand the kingdom should send soldiers to attack and clear the land cuz its stupid to see settlers just send noobie settlers with no equipment's to and go out to a land with a horde of threats and stuffs. (tho they should not instantly know theres a threat kingdoms should only detect threat at a land if boats go near the land with threats.)

There could be seasons every 20 minutes that change the environment, creature behavior, and crops growth rate:
-winter: the entire world is frozen, cold ones can spawn like animals and are stronger (like if they were blessed), bears hibernate, they will not move and spend much less food. Crops will not grow. Units will spend a lot of time indoors because it's too cold.

I took a closer look to how the king and the general reacted during an event of a war and it is confusing. The general/flag bearer command the army, every soldiers follow him, and that means they can stuck in a corner somewhere while the king walks to the front line and get wreck because there's no backup. I suggest the general's command of the army be removed, or be refined in someway so that the general can work with the king. Because right now I see 2 distinct fighting units on the map: The general/flag bearer and his army. And the King. The 2 doesn't work together. And often leads to the village being taken because the army is misplaced.

People over time adapt to the natural disasters occuring to them, by building small walls or copper rods that redirects lightning bolts, but if they haven't experienced any natural disaster, they don't begin the process(they wouldnt improve themselves over something that didnt exist yet)
if floods were added to the game, they could build walls or holes to protect themselves against it, and seeing as villages get absolutely rekt by natural disasters, even a lightning bolt takes out 30% of the village, these can help villages thrive(if they aren't genocided by other means).

Villages with more civillian jobs can help improve it, jobs like a doctor(might not be great in medieval era), a butcher, farmer, mason or miners, timbers instead of having everybody doing it at same time, each person can be assigned to his own job, depending on his skills, miners would mine ores and stone, a butcher would kill and cook animals, a farmer would harvest and regrow the crops, masons would....do something? and timbers can only cut down trees for wood, doctors healing injured people, those with crippled can finally walk, and many more other jobs, but these are just a few.
Money System-
The gold is basically just a number currently, isn't used a lot, so it should be used as money, or gold coins, for my previous "jobs" suggestion, or soldiers, a country with a good economy will be able to pay its workers and defenders, keeping them happy, and allowing them to purchase their needs, but there are consequences if a country is having economy issues, it would have to underpay its people, causing them to be either slightly sad or angry, and those angry people could revolt or fight the nation for money, some can rob from each other, with this, either kingdom-supported raids or people raids can happen in other thriving villages, taking a lot of their gold if they win the raid, and making them happy, while the raided people unhappy.
Of course, in early game of villages, they don't make much money, and most are just civilian farmers, so the money system is kinda disbanded until there's around 20-30 people, and only becomes a bigger deal if there's a lot of people, so having people may be making them gold, but they also have to pay the people for their work.

Royal guards/king's body guards
A king can have 1-10 bodyguards on him at all time depending on his military stat.
10-20 military stat=2-5 bodyguards
20-50 military stat=6-10 bodyguards
Once a guard unit reaches level 5 it can choose to be a Royal guard. And will have that job until it dies. The job never switches unit's. A new Royal guard will be replaced when a current one dies.

- they cannot grow food on farms, only pillaging, hunting for animals... and humanoids

- race traits: dumb, ugly
edit: goblins attack only when they don't have enough food, they kill only to eat, when it's really tough they can kill weaker goblins from village to eat them
add a hierarchy system: Kings, Noblemens, Lords and Peasants. All of which have their own sections in the kingdom and with different houses sprite and clothing.
Artifacts or Legendary/Mythical weapons. It will spawn randomly in the world, you can choose how many of them to spawn when creating a world. Whoever finds it or wields it will gain the power till they die unless they are immortal.
Example: Mjolnir (Thor’s Hammer) only those who are worthy can pick it up. They can summon lightning at will be it huge ones or small ones..
The rest of the weapons will have different attributes but only one of its kind in the world

Religions grant it’s most devout worshippers magical artifacts that grant power. The same religion can spread across multiple civilizations of the same races and even different ones. Religions can create peace or cause wars. I’d like to see some variety in religions, some are violent and require blood sacrifices to summon demons, some are pacifist in nature, while others demand tribute and will spread the word of their faith through force or through gifts.
right now kingdoms only have an offensive AI but how about add a defensive AI, a defensive AI allows armies to fight against invasions, this increase the survival of empires.
It should be possible to change the banner of Kingdoms to other colors etc.
There should be different tactics of war for different races. For example humans, rather than going for individual enemies, could stretch in an actual frontline on the border and prioritise conquering territory and preserving houses over killing enemies; while orcs for example could prioritise tearing down buildings t weaken the enemy. You got my point.

Architecture update: Clay houses, farms and organized farmland. Castles, moats, and bridges across shallow water. Walls around kingdoms/fences for less developed civilizations. (Walls and fences can be destroyed)
Combat update: Siege equipment (catapults, ballista, trebuchets, cannons). Rudimentary medieval small arms, advanced bows, and long barreled weaponry: muskets, crossbows, hand held cannons, flintlocks.
Suggestion: Fiend Lairs/Civilizations
-Demon Settlements with Demon-esque buildings, lava spewing from lava fountains, demon statues, etc.
-Cold one settlements that are covered in snow and ice with their own appropriate statues and decor.
-Dragon lairs that work as a roosting place for dragons to rest in peace. People can attack and destroy these. Dragons will be able to create new dragons and reproduce in these. (Can't be placed; a dragon will make one like a bird makes a nest)
-Wizard towers for wizards good and bad. Wizards may stay there when they are not walking around or causing havoc.
And much more! These are the few I thought of off the top of my head.

defence and attack system:
defence takes priority over attack, if a village is under attack the army go defend it except if the army is already attacking an enemy territory. This will avoid come and go by armies. I noted that armies wait that enemies are nearby to attack or they stay in their boats whereas the enemies destroy their villages.

Okay okay, this won’t affect the actual game, instead, map making. Basically you select the image, you size it, then you place it, (opacity at 30) then you trace it, once your done, you select a ‘done’ button, and then you can proceed with daily WorldBox business. You can trace a World map, whatever!
Also a fill bucket tool, you can use it to fill in gaps, so instead of manually filling it a hole in your map outline, just press the fill bucket, select the material you wanna fill with, and your good to go!
I think these are pretty simple (I’m not a game dev tho so what do I know?) and I’d love to see them added! They can really speed up the map making process for those who just wanna watch/torture the little people.
Make it were you can place a type of special unit like a big rock monster or any kind of monster that when u click on you can give it certain commands to do stuff like guard that area kill orcs or humans, elves. have an area in the village where all of the valuables are stored. Whenever you click on a town, that bar that shows all of the resources that a town has collected, you could have an in game area of where all of that is stored in one spot.
Or maybe you could do that with just the gold bars. I could add more uses for the bandits. instead of just blowing up a city for no reason, they could be coded to go after that one point in the city and steal all of their money.
A bandit leader that functions similar to the rat king and his rats.
Since the bandits don't really have a hierarchy, maybe when a bandit has reached a certain level or survived for a certain period of time they become a bandit leader.
-All bandits in the immediate area will follow the bandit leader in whatever endeavors he may go on.

A "dragonslayer" or "Mageslayer" title gives the entity a buff against whatever monster they killed and received a title from. Maybe it's accuracy or damage goes up whenever fighting that creature.
Max level creatures receive a title for reaching the highest level in the game.
-For humans it would maybe be "hero"
-Orcs would probably get the "war chief" title or something equivalent.
-Elves would probably get "Bowmaster" since they are so good with bows.
-Dwarves are kind of a strange one. Maybe "paladin"
-wolves would get an obvious title like "alpha". But maybe you could use the "dire wolf" title
-Bears would get the title "Styrkr" which is a Norse word for strength. It would be perfect since bears spawn in with the strong trait.
-The white mage and the evil mage would get the "arch mage" or "warlock" title
-Necromancers would get the "lich" title
-The druid would get something like "Queen of the forest" or "Guardian of the forest". Something like that
-Skeletons would get the "draugr" title.
I'd assume that you get the point if you've bothered to read all of that 😂. The title could probably be displayed next to their actual name, or on the traits tab. The titles themselves don't have to really do anything. It could just me a nickname for reaching the highest level.

I want to suggest a few innovations.
New civilizations:
Dark elves, Atlanteans, beast people, aliens.
New mobs:
Pandas, birds of prey, sentient zombies and skeletons, goblins, hydra, fish.
New features:
Different skin colors, different pathologies, division by profession, sale of weapons for money and weapon shops.
New mechanics: t
The ability to enter a building, managing entities, the appearance of ruins on land and under water, stones under water, new crops, communication between creatures, alcohol and the effect of alcohol intoxication, flu and other non-fatal diseases, rotten foods, the possibility of poisoning, change of day and night, the ability to appoint a king.
While that's all, I will be grateful if some of this is added to the game!

Traits and Religion Update
For the first part of the update, Traits, I will list possible new traits and possible changes to already existing traits.
1). Evil Change, higher chance to get Deceitful, Greedy, Sinner (new trait), and increases with the Sin meter (New feature). Evil kings would be more aggressive, always have 5-10 more military points than their other points, and use civilians in actual conflict. These civilians would be armed and always sent in the front lines. Loyalty from villages would also decrease. They would also genocide Sinners and anyone of a different religion using the army.
2). Sinner, increases the Sin counter, occurs in people with Ale as their favorite food, killed a child, have Deceitful, Greedy, Gluttonous, Alcoholic (New Trait) and Evil.
3). Religious Leader, will gain a mage staff depending on their religion when they become religious leaders. Has to be a member of the religion they lead. If their military is above 20, they will send soldiers of their religion after people with a different religion, causing religious and civil wars. This is rare however.
4). Alcoholic, has less HP, always has Ale as a favorite food, chance to gain after becoming an Adult.
5). Pyromaniacs will randomly set buildings in their village on fire, but will be attacked and killed when it happens. This is very rare. They will also attack enemies with fire during battles.
6). Dragonslayer, gained when a Dragon is slain, +2 military, +2 stewardship, can’t get burns.
For the second part of the possible update, religion, I must first talk about the Sin counter. The Sin counter would go up when someone was born with a Sinful trait, and if it gets too high, Demons, Evil Mages, and Necromancers will spawn, and war will break out. (This can be disabled in the World Settings thingy, as it is a dangerous thing to have enabled. Religions that would be in the update would try to stop the Sin Counter in different ways. (Religion will be talked about next)
Trench’s basically the opposite of mountains they can either form naturally or by clicking on the water with the earthquake tool
in cities with low loyalty (below 200-300), revolutionary groups made up of bandit-like humans (they still keep their citizenship) but with less explosions have a chance of forming (you can click on a civilian with the creature inspector to see if they are part of a revolutionary group or not)
Traits and Religion Update
Now that I have talked about traits, I will now talk about possible new religions. Each religion will have a leader that can be viewed in a new tab, and the nation with the most of that type will have it be declared their national religion. Religions that rival each other would have a negative relations rebuff called “Rival Religions”, and some religions won’t be possible in some races.
1). Naturalism, their leader would have a Druid staff, and their members would always be pacifist. Rivals with the Purist religion and not possible in Orcs. Anyone with a Sinful trait would be “Cleansed” by the Religious Leader with a special animation. They would be more inclined towards diplomacy
2). Purists, their leader would have a Necromancer staff and be incredibly militarist. They would have their own army made up of soldiers who were only their religion, and they would genocide any other religious factions, as they believe they are the most pure. Possible in any race, and members cannot have the Pacifist trait. They will kill anyone with a Sinful trait by burning them alive. Rivals with every religion
3). Draconic Worshippers, their leader would have a Fire staff and would be more inclined towards administration. They would exile Sinners, and if a Dragon is spawned, they would work with it to attack and destroy. Rivals with the Order of White Monks and the Purists
4). The Order of White Monks, their leader would have a White Mage staff, and wouldn’t have an inclination. They would get rid of sinners by bringing them to 1 hp, and then making an animation to have them at full hp, purging them of their sins. Rivals with Purists

Religions can go to war with each other, so cities with a larger majority of a religion that differs from the official religion will instantly rebel, and civilians and soldiers of a different religion will fight in the streets. Naturalists cannot declare war.

Landless factions:
There could be factions that don't have villages, such as:
-nomadic civilization: born from either people spawned in areas that cannot house villages or 20% of the population of a destroyed village. They temporarily settle in areas that don't have kingdom's in them, they will build tents that they take down after 10 years and will gain food by trading and scavenging for supplies (hunting or picking berries). People can be born in nomadic civilizations.
-mercenaries: if a city is too poor to pay its army, it will leave the faction and form mercenaries who's service can be brought by any kingdom. They gain food by trading. There cannot be birth in their faction but soldiers can join them.
-bandit gangs: if a village is poor, some people can leave it (more chances If they have the greedy or treacherous trait), they form camps in the wild and can gain food by raiding (attacking a village, if they destroy the village's castle they will take all the ressources) or stealing (a unit will disguise itself as a member of the village and steal a small amount of resources by going to the castle, they may be discovered and killed by the guard)

[FACTIONs traits] so like how in the real world there are ants with "supermajors" when a faction pregresses like the humans they can have horses or the orcs can have cave trolls elves can have warriors and dwarves can have hobbits or something else that someone else could think of.
Culture update!
Once a trait is present in a certain percentage of a village or in the capitol of a kingdom with multiple villages, units of that village/kingdom will spawn with a much higher chance of having that trait, with that chance rising (capped diminishing returns on how quickly it rises) as the percentage increases.
Once more than 60% of units in the village/capitol have that trait, units will start to actively 'discriminate', ex: in food shortages those without the desired trait will starve faster due to food being withheld, sick units without the desired traits might be left to die instead of treated or outright killed by more aggressive races/cultures
Discrimination will not occur if the desired trait is pacifist or content, unless the unit without the desired trait has an incompatible trait like pyromaniac or bloodlust, in which case the unit is 'exiled'
Discrimination is much harsher if the valued trait is something like bloodlust, greed, ambition, etc
Exiled units will make their way to a village/kingdom that values at least one of their unique traits, or find a place that does not have a developed culture yet, or found their own village/kingdom if neither previous option is available.
Child units cannot be exiled until they are adults.
Kingdoms with opposing cultures are more likely to declare war on each other.
To prevent pacifist/content cultures from being outright wiped out over time, there is a chance for a more aggressive culture to form a semi-permanent alliance if the gentler culture produces rare goods in greater quantities. Player can still force them to go to war.
Being Scared
Not all people brave for fight with soldiers.If enemies taking progress in a village and its clear village will be defeated coward people will run to another village&nation.So escape.If theres not any village they will go to unoccupied lands.(Not all people will run out)

Day and Night
While playing the game lately I have realized that there aren’t nights and it’s always day.
So i think there should be a nighttime, but following that includes Sleeping
While it’s night entity’s could sleep like a human or an elf. And there could be some nocturnal animals as well.
Besides that though there should just a night time at least, there doesn’t have be anything’s else in this kind of mechanism.
On my world I putted so many fairies and now I regret it, i already saved the world with fairies and I want to remove them, when I use the life eraser the all explode making the whole world be lava, so I suggest that the game adds a button that deletes every specie you want without making any problems. And believe, there is no other way to remove the fairies in my world.
(DOMESTICATION) when a wolf or a cat stays to long in a vilages bordor it becomes domesticated and will not attack the villages people
let us add and remove traits in a neat menu, it would make gameplay much more interesting
like all the big kingdoms in history, most of them from a king becomes a emperor, and so I thought, what if this game adds this to their next update? When a king has a really big kingdom (not city) he becomes emperor and 4 strong soldiers will follow him and protect him everywhere he goes, so if he goes on a boat the guards goes in it with him. And the king that become emperor his kingdom needs to be at least 150 blocks and the emperor gets 100 extra health
More control over nature related powers including controlling tornadoes and maybe add a hurricane that is maybe 300-500 pixels wide that dissipates into storm clouds after a while?

Add buffs in the description of traits. For example, if you click on Kingslayer while viewing a character's traits, it will show its description and +5 attack speed buff.

I have an idea for a trait it’s called brave idk if there’s already I trait named brave but anyway this trait is rare like a 30% chance to get and the trait makes the human only humans can get this trait and that obviously means that humans without the brave trait run from an enemy but in wars no one is scared until there low they run and yeah other humanoids all have the brave trait
an ability to paint a empires area, like say blue empire has no enpire in the mountains, you use the paint control tool to make the enpire expand to the mountains

Make Grassy Hill and Forest Mountain
Grassy Hill: it will be the same as Hill Tile, same elevation but this one has grass on it, people can now build on them and farm on them aswell.
Forest Mountain: Same elevation as Mountain Tile, it can't be build on, but trees will grow and will be good for tree farms, mobs can go through here to travel to the other side.

Better Wars:
Wars are currently just armies attacking enemy cities, which is fun but can get repetitive in my opinion. I have a few suggestions that I believe could make wars more interesting:
-Defensive and Offensive Armies: Currently, unless an army is near an opposing army before an enemy attacks, battles are just an army invading a city. I think it'd be a lot more interesting if armies defended their cities instead of just attacking. An army would be more likely to be defensive if it's smaller than the enemy's army, or it could be dependent on the king's stats.
-Strengthened borders: I have a few ideas for how civilizations could fortify their borders, including city walls which archers could fire arrows from (not my idea but I thought it was fitting), or placing landmines along enemy borders (if the army is defending).
-City destruction: When an army attacks a city, they just fight any enemy soldiers until they conquer it, but I feel like it'd be more entertaining if soldiers did more damage to cities. This could be with explosives (similar to bandits) or fire.
Alliances: If two civilizations share a common enemy, instead of just having a diplomacy bonus, they could combine their armies to have a better chance at attacking a city (especially if the enemy is bigger than their individual armies). This could make the city they're attacking more likely to defend their territory.
These were just a few ideas I had or saw, feel free to add more.

Add immersive genes. (Eugenics)
Every time I conduct a brutal 1,000-year eugenics program: EG: killing every human who carries bad genes, the genes come back randomly. Instead of that, add an immersive gene system.
Humans spawned using the god-power will be given random genes, while humans born via asexual reproduction will always be given the genes of their parents, instead of only sometimes. plus a chance to spawn with an extra mutation/randomized gene. However, this gene can be spread, and destroyed if the host dies. If I make a world with an Adam and eve type thing, with both of them having strong genes, I don’t want them to lose it in a few generations.
Also: Add the ability to edit genes/traits. (This is similar to the simple GUI mod), add the ability to edit the genes and perks of a character. Some new genes that can be added are (Metabolism), the ability to metabolize radiation, making them able to survive the world being nuked. However, a downfall of this is that they’ll need to eat more. Or a gene that makes humans incredibly strong and agile, basically I can use eugenics to make a race of humans that are better than any other race, etc...
To build off of my ideas earlier:
-Naval Warfare: I've seen this idea before, but I'd like to include it here because I love this idea and I think it'd make a great addition to the game. The concept is simple: ships that can fire at each other or siege cities by firing at enemies. Perhaps they could also launch explosives while attacking cities.
-Interactive Kings: Currently, armies follow generals, but I think it'd make sense for kings to be more involved. Maybe there could be a new trait called "bold" which makes kings lead their armies. It could be more common in kings with a higher military stat. Kings with the paranoid trait, or another new trait called "fearful" (not sure if this is already in the game), would not be able to have this trait.
Conscription or Universal Conscription
When a male civilian hits the age of 18, they have to serve in their kingdom's military for 4 years before starting of life. Plus, my idea that a civilian who is a veteran can either rejoin or stay a civilian when War starts.

LIST OF THINGS THAT I THINK SHOULD BE ADDED
Add the ability to edit perks, weapons, units.
Make it so bandits don’t actually blow themselves up, place literal blocks of TNT, etc. Instead, only let them blow up enemies using an effect similar to grenades, instead of randomly dropping bombs. Also, bandits act as a sort of civilization and build forts, buildings. However, they usually steal abandoned ones.
Cold ones act less like animals and more like morons. They build exceedingly small civilizations/camps and don’t wander/travel far. They usually follow a cold king; kings would be smarter. If a king travels to a city, his/her minions will follow. Also, all people killed by cold ones are turned into them.
Dragons are stronger and don’t purposely attack civilizations. They usually stick to themselves and don’t bother anybody unless provoked or domesticated to by it’s masters. They usually live by mountains and prefer hunting sheep or cows.
Humans and orcs have the ability to build civilizations in deserts alone, and the buildings have a unique design.
When civilizations are united, they have an incredibly lower chance of a revolt. Also, revolts are incredibly rare and only happen after war crimes. Before a revolt, civilians can hold up signs, and act like they’re protesting.
Druids attack ever other sentient species than elves. Which respect nature just as much as them. And are probably related to them.
Religion/prophets. If you are active in your world and usually edit it’s terrain, civilizations will notice and devote religions to you, they can also make religions that support nature, monsters EG: druids, cold ones, or even cultures. EG: an orcish settlement that has a religion that prevents them from killing cats.
Superheat-power: When used on a terrain, it will convert the grass, dirt, etc. into sand and burn all buildings, people, trees.
The Terminator, if the game wants he can call it in a another way but I thought if the game adds those meteors that when it hits the world, 5 robots appear and it kills humans, animals, and other creatures. He does not have guns because even bandits doesn’t have those in the game, but let’s just make the Terminators/Robots have a strong bow, the robots are water proof so they don’t die in water or explode, but they die on lava.

Kings and governing overhaul:
-kings should be given an adjective based on their attributes, such as the tall, the strong, one-eye, the blessed…
-if the king had a certain attributes, their rule should be more affected by it (I'll explain later)
-kings can decide to destroy one of their town of they have too many of them (the population will be sent to other town and their original town will be abandoned)
Governing:
-if a king has the bloodlust trait, the kingdom will attack the population of cities too when they take over one during war.
-if a king has the peaceful trait, it will never declare war.
-if a king is paranoid, it will sent their army to kill leaders of low loyalty cities. And if the city rebels, they will destroy it and exile the population (they aren't part of the kingdom anymore and can never be again).
Add mass npc spawning, like spawning 2, 3, 5, 10, 25, or even 50 on an npc at a time instead of just 1.
Add Graveyards for everyone who dies within their kingdom's borders. Also add Battlefield Memorials to those who died outside of there kingdom's borders.

I want there is the Gashadokuro in the game, like krabzila or a boss.
I think a societal advancement tier control system would be fantastic. We already have tiers in the game, villages start with tents and move to massive stone mansions over time. Also, kingdoms can only make wood tools and then work their way all the way up to adamantine arsenals. What I suggest is the ability to control this.
I think the ability to set a world rule on the max tier reachable would be simply, well, godly. If we could keep a civilization in a bronze age for 10,000 years then let them move on to steel weaponry and wooden housing, then to stone housing with brilliant tools all the way to a rich, manor filled society of adamantine lined chests.
This could be expanded by letting us control what levels specific civilizations are at. So we could have a small colony of dwarves making the only mythril weapons and armour in the world, they get destroyed and mythril is soon the most valuable weapon of kings because all they have is iron.
Probably won't happen, I can't imagine immensely complex this would be to program but it's definitely on my list of things I hope to see in my life, lol.

There's something I want to share. My humans have like 14 villages. However there is only 1 specific zone that rebel constantly. And I found out one interesting point: the villages that are constantly rebeling every few years, they dont have an immortal leader, whereas other villages through time have immortal leaders and they NEVER rebel. So even when stability is -250 or something like that, across the board, you can tell where the rebellion will happen, and pretty much all the future rebellion will happen. And the kingdom with 14 villages remain as is because it always have enough resources and man power to crush the rebellion with relative ease, and the rebellion itself is relatively small, since I counted that there's a group of 6 or 7 villages that rebel consistently, and with every rebellion either that's a solo rebel, or they get to at max 5 villages under their control before being crushed. Villages with immortals as leaders DO NOT rebel, I'm repeating this because it is pretty much a fact. I hope the devs look into this and make a few changes so that rebellion have a higher chamce to occur and over time, it adds up, so it's certain a matter of when a huge kingdom dissovle itself.
So you know how when kings get into office they take the best gear in the kingdom? I think kings should take the most stylish, rare and historical pieces while generals should take the strongest.
I wish to there was a setting that would make earthquakes and meteorites not damage the ground.
A way to decide which country is at war with which country. Right now we have the war and peace powders, and they work as long as there are only 2 countries battling and there is no conflict already, because to make two countries battle you’d have to pour war on them, and pour peace on every other country, and that negates every other conflict. My proposal is to have a specia view of the map (like the relationship view) that would make you able to direct wars and alliances in those wars.
Also make so that capitals can also split in two, if the overall mood in the other cities is below some point, like 0 or 5 (there could be another reason, I just can’t think of one)

I know everyone wants that.We are watching wars and enjoy but what would happen if u control a soldier or General in a war?

The ideas of controlling creatures gave me an idea of more survival requirements and other things like weapon and armor durability. Creatures should have a thirst bar along with hunger. It would work the same as the food bar with maybe slight tweaking to make it more realistic, and they would die if they run out of thirst, just as if they went starving too. There could be new temporary traits such as starving or parched if a character runs out of hunger or thirst. People living in deserts could lose thirst quicker than people living in forests or mountains. Now about the idea of weapon durability. A wooden sword shouldn't be able to last for decades if used in battle multiple times, so a durability meter would work well. Wooden tools would be weakest, stone tools a bit stronger, and the further up you get on the material tier, the durability is much more. Adamantine tools and armor would have a very very high durability, unlike wooden tools and armor. Durability and thirst could be turned off in the world laws menu if wanted.

A Survival Mode, at where you would need 'faith points' to do miracles for your believers. The higher their belief in you, the stronger and more potent the powers that you possess and the ones that you bestow them will be! Maybe fight with other kingdoms who possesses a different God that they believe in. Your believer's kingdom can maybe do diplomatic meetings with other kingdoms to change their belief. I think this is a fun addition rather than the usual omnipotent god cannot be stopped.
It could also help make new jobs for the civilians! for example Holy Knight, etc.
A Sorcerer Academy, at where if the people successfully kills a mage, they will be able to study their staves and make use of the power that exists in the stave, they could also teach other people how to wield magic as a militaristic approach to strengthen the kingdom. A new profession might need to be made to be able to craft the staff or wands that the witches/wizard /sorcerer might need to better channel their power!
Another addition to the sorcerer academy, if the little witches/wizard's loyalty towards the kingdom is low or if they by chance made a deal with a demon, they might defect and become an evil mage!

Kings and warriors in war gets in injured in wars, but not always, in case they did get injured who will cure them? So maybe the game should add medics that are humans and they count as a citizen in a kingdom and they have 100 health, but not all living species like orcs have medics, only orcs and gnomes which I find them the most stupid living species in the game doesn’t have medics so if they get injured in war they need to deal with it.

Faction
A faction between same races like human and human, elf and elf this can be turned on and off and they can quit the faction due to reasons
Allow roads to be a placeable tile that don't decay outside of city boarders
dungeons, a house/mine-like structure with either configured or randomized reward, can either be occupied by kingdom if it's in it's border or be used in the wild. Units can come and explore the place, gaining experiences, loots but they will have a chance of getting injuried/dying. Blessed/high leveled units will have much better chance of not dying. I want this because units leveling up in battle is basically impractical.
LOCALIZED NAME GENERATION
can we have different languages for name generations? Like for non-alphabetical languages such as mandarin and cantonese, korean, greek, and many more. It would be great to have localized names that are native and relatable to each language speakers. ALSO, it would be nice to have them in alphabet-based languages such as Filipino/Tagalog, Spanish, and Bahasa Indonesia. This will improve the gaming community and the game itself.

Super ideas that might make life easier for someone: 1) Every century of civilization there will be fireworks, and in living history, or whatever it is (Table top left) write that a century has passed. 2) After the destruction of Krabzila, the same table (top, left) will display how many creatures were destroyed, pixels exploded, buildings destroyed. I think it's clear by whom. 3) When a settlement or a kingdom is destroyed, then in the table above, on the left, it will be written how this kingdom / settlement was destroyed. For example: Settlement A was destroyed by wars from Kingdom 1. Or: Kingdom 2 was destroyed by the Great and Terrible Krabzil!
Add more abilities/classes
Knights can guard the king at all times.
Soldiers/Archers can attack OR defend. They will automatically be given an order by the king on weather to attack or defend, however the user should be able to override it.
Raiders should travel via horse or boat and loot or burn a village.
Spies can destroy the village undetected during wartime.
Gunboats can fire upon enemy land that is touching water to burn/destroy the village.
please add that when a village is destroyed, that all its ships die immediately. (Unless it Carries passengers, then it should die after those passengers are dropped off).
Right now do the boats head to a friendly kingdom, which causes that you end up whit a million boats and a lot of lagg.

Slavery:
-during wars between two kingdoms of a different species, an army can take over a town, in which case they may abandon the town, the population being sent all over the kingdom randomly, however, it is 2 times slower to take ot over and the population will still attack the soldiers.
-the newly arrived population will be dressed differently that their original species, their outfits being replaced by white-ish rags covering their legs and not much else
-slaves will constantly work, in four possible jobs: weapon creation, farming, gathering or mining.
-slaves are fed less, only when they have begun to lose health due to starving.
-slaves are not counted as part of the population and cannot be leaders.
-if members of the slave's race take over the town, the town will be abandoned and a new one will immediately for on it's former grounds, the old slave population will all live in this town, and 50% of the population of the former town will be enslaved in the new town
-if the king of the kingdom that takes over has "good" morality traits (honest, pacifist), they will not enslave, instead the towns (of other races) they conquer will be destroyed and the population sent to the closest city in their original city's kingdom.
Yeaaah now that I think of it might be bad to actually add slavery so forget the last thing I sent

Religion system
Different religions would act like different kingdoms. You can inspect all of them with a button similar to the one you use to inspect all the kingdoms. Religions would claim villages. Villages that have different religions from the capital will have a lower relationship score. Kings with different religions will have lower diplomacy scores between their respective kingdoms.
New Stat
A "Religion Stat", which would show up as a percentage. This is essentially how "religious", or devoted a person is. The stat can be changed by happiness (higher happiness=increased religious percentage), or how much you interact with the world (you interacted with the world recently, humanoids around the events religious percentage will go up.) Once a humanoids religion stat reaches 0%, they switch to another random religion or make their own. If it gets above 90%, they will become their religions unique unit, which i will go into further detail below.
Religion stats
Like with kingdoms, a few things are randomly generated. These include the religions symbol (which would show up where the flag would be when you look at all the religions), how the followers worship (praying, sacraficing, preaching), the religous buildings (where they go to do their worship, can be anything from a church to an altar), and also what the unique unit worshipers become when they reach a 90% religion stat.
The special units
The unique unit a religion has is picked randomly from an already predetermined set of "classes". The classes are: Paladins, warlocks, druids, clerics, bishops, monks, and shamans. Each of them get a unique ability, and increased stats. Ex of unique ability: Paladins smite, once every minute the paladin is able to use this spell, in which case a holy light comes from the sky, and does an aoe attack to everything in a small radius.

your suggestion there should be village guards that stay in their villages to defend. I usually find that some villages are left defenseless while another has a huge clump of troops.
They should add a castle that is harder to take down than most structures, the castle will act as a level up system for your capital. The castle will give buffs to the capital making it a strong point for your kingdom. Maybe as the game progresses the castle can be upgraded once the population reaches a certain limit and a certain amount of resources to upgrade it.

Another idea to solve the big clumps of troops waitin around, couriers should notify the armies of attacks. A village will be getting clapped and the army is just chillin until they stumble upon some bad guys.

Improved Tumors
Tumors are one of the most destructive enemies in the game, capable of wiping out entire cities and creating massive hordes of monsters. They are an incredibly fun to use power, especially in apocalypse scenarios, but they have quite a few features that could be changed for the better.
1). Tumor Hive Mind. If a Tumor is attacked, it will send out a signal to the flesh beasts it creates to come and defend it. They will also form large groups to cover a large area, and some of them will take up defensive positions near their tumor leaders
2). Tumor Warriors. Once every 2-3 years, a Tumor has a 20% chance to generate a Tumor Warrior. They would be 4 times as large as the already naturally spawning Tumor Monsters, and they would have 500 hp and deal 100 damage per hit. Killing one would grant the title Horde Slayer, which gives +1 military and +10 damage.
3). Kamikaze Tumors. These would have 1 hp, and when slain will spread the Tumor Infection to every creature around it, as well as having a small chance to split into 10 Tumor Monsters upon death. They also have a chance to randomly explode.
4). People infected by the Tumors would have a small chance to follow the Tumor Hive Mind
Extensive Political Update
I think there should be more in-depth politics between the nations in world box, here are some examples.
Trade agreement – If any nations have positive relations with each other they will sign a trade agreement pact then they will start trading with one another. (I think this is better than all the nations automatically trading with each other despite their relations)
Military Access – Armies of other nations cannot go through a neutral nation’s border unless they have military access with them. (I think this will make wars a little more interesting since they cannot just freely move through other nation’s border without consequences)
Defensive Pact – Nations can sign a defensive pact with either their neighbors or stronger nations to protect themselves from foreign aggression if they are attacked. (This will make wars a little bit more balance since weaker nations can team against the top nation or the leading nation can use smaller nations to expand their own borders without declaring war themselves)
Military Alliance – Nations can have a military alliance with each other only if their relations are above 80, this means that they will support each other in wars whether offensive or defensive.
Sanctions and Denouncement – If a nation declares war on another nation, they will be sanctioned, which means all trade will cease for however long the war lasts and all other nations relations with them will decrease by 45. (I think this will make individual nations more intricate and complex, which will be more fun to watch in my opinion)

Okay, so instead of a Classic Suggestion, I think I'm going to go with a slightly more of an envision of where I'd like to see this game going within the next few years or so. If you like the visualization, then feel free to leave a upvote, and vice versa.
Imagine a country out in a Desert (let's call it A Kingdom), which can only get Wood and wheat from a country that exists a bit away (and let's call this one B Kingdom), or a territory under A Kingdom also a bit away as well. A and B Kingdom only can access each other by boat. The A Kingdom has plenty of gold and minerals, so they're completely able to sustain all the payments for the materials from the B Kingdom. Now, let's say there's some Natural Disaster (doesn't have to be just ND's, just an easy example) occurs, and destroys the ship bringing out the materials, now the country has to wait for another ship to sail out with the stuff that already takes a while to load onto the ships. Now neither side is getting what they want, the A Kingdom isn't getting their Wood or Food, and the B kingdom is missing out on a big payout.
Due to this, the Territory of the A Kingdom begins having to pump out more bread and wood for the limited time, leaving them the only thing keeping the A Kingdom above collapse. However, they aren't getting payed (note, each individual would not get payed, since that'd be pretty complicated stuff, rather, the villages would get payed which would result in higher loyalty), the Loyalty of the Territory begins to drop, and they declare independence as a self governing system.
Well, this is bad. A Kingdom is now left without anything, and frantically needs to get the territory back. B Kingdom is also scared, as they need A Kingdom around to get Money from, since they have good relations and have an alliance, instead of attacking A Kingdom and making quick cash, they help A by sending reinforcements on a War Ship (these would be quicker to load then the heavy Cargo)

The Ability to Enable Civ Spawn upon loading a World
Civ Spawn would be another option that’d pop up when creating a new world. All you’d have to do is click to disable or enable.
Civ Spawn is an option that takes the hassle away from having to place down your own civilizations and work out which areas are best. It’d have its own little Menu on loading a new world (only if enabled), in this you could enable what types of Civ you’d like to spawn, how many you’d like to spawn, and how many you’d like each one to spawn with.
This is mainly for player like myself who enjoy sitting back and not interfering.

A new race (more like a sub race).
Monks- They are a very reserved race that likes to build things on hills or mountains and don’t come into contact with many other people. They build homes in a very old Japanese style of homes. There special skill is the ability to use energy (Ki, Chakra, Qi, whatever you want to use). They can cultivate and if given long enough can overpower even the strongest of weapons. To identify a Monks energy rank (how much energy they have cultivated and able to use) lowest rank - Disciple. Next lowest- Soldier,Nezt rank-Elder, Highest rank- Sect leader/elder. Walls on a empire’s capital, major cities, and borders to protect against invaders. The only way to get in is by being let in at gates, or if at war, a empire’s military can construct battering rams, catapults, and etc to breach the walls. Archers can stay in towers on wall to protect against invaders. But building walls will cost a empire a hefty amount of rock and and wood, so smaller empires cannot build these walls.

Battle Memorial: When a battle occurs in a certain area, after the war, a random veteran villager from any of the 2 or more civilizations that were involved in the war, will go and build the battle memorial, the appearance of the building may vary depending of the war, the era and the battle, but, to make it more interesting, if the battle was or was located in what is now a city / kingdom, all the inhabitants of that city / kingdom will be able to go and leave flowers around the memorial as a sign of respect.
- More disasters, like black holes, tsunamis, fire tornadoes etc…
- Have continental drift, so overtime you can see differences in the land scapes
- Dwarfs can make fire gear if they have enough time since it’s weird that Dwarfs are described as master black smiths but there equipment tier caps at the same tier as the other races
- Gravity manipulation, you can increase the gravity in a certain area or on certain people or decrease it making them more light and agile
- True immortality, sunken with it doesn’t die to age but also can’t die to anything else and regenerates rapidly

Cultures should work randomly, but also have regional influences. There should be certain cultures that farm alot making bigger farms and more food for the kingdoms but they won't fight in wars. And opposite there should be a war like culture like Sparta where everyone is a soldier and strong. People should also have different skin and outfits depending on there kingdom and culture too to make more diversity

An Anti-Tumor of sorts. It spreads and gives life to everything it touches. It works against the Tumor. Creatures and People who touch the Anti-Tumor will get the Extra-Blessed effect, where they will have over 5 times the health and 5 times the attack damage. They will also always be happy and don’t have to worry about hunger. Carnivorous Animals and Orcs, touching the Anti-Tumor will get the “Target” effect which will slowly damage them, until they die. The only way to get rid of the Target Effect is to spray the Holy Light to the creature or orc.
Mages, and Dryads should be able to start a Empire just like Humans or Orcs
Angels. These deities will work for you and you are able to control them. They will attack whoever you want to attack and help an empire you want it to be helped. They are basically your little servants. Enabling a Game Rule will make these Angels rebel against you, turning into Demons. In 100 Ingame Years, about 1/10 Angels will turn into Demons.
Forgot to mention, Demons that are blessed with Holy Light will become Angels

Demi-gods, half humanoid. They are impregnated by the player. They are able to give small blessings to people and are 10x stronger then normal people. When they die they appear during the use of Divine Light. They get randomized if too many Demi-gods die. If they kill demons or threats to their home kingdoms, statues will be made in their honor. They have a lifespan of about 1000 years. The more they kill evil beings the more they become more powerful, getting up to 1500 health. Citizens, mostly women, leaders, and kings will crowd around the Demi-god
(FYI, they assimilate into whatever kingdom is their half species. They can not start villages or kingdoms)

Another thing is to change the valcano to release ash clouds which of course release ash and kill 10% of the population and cover the homes and trees with ash, the valcano can shoot out fire balls too that change the ground into lava where it lands

my idea is that. add social classes in the game, titles of nobility, merchants, peasants and that the npcs have surnames, so we can know which family they belong to.
- Tumor creatures (infected creatures or the things that spawn) combine together to create more tumor buds when there are enough of them. Maybe 10 or so?
- Tumor tiles (the ones that grow on the ground) that are not connected to a bud die of old age or something similar eventually. Somewhat prevents endless tumor invasion after all tumor buds are dead.
If someone who has the Mush Spores trait kills a Mush, that removes their Mush Spores trait, and also makes them immune to getting the Mush Spores trait again. This would keep Mush invasions balanced and not totally world destroying, while still allowing huge Mush invasions to occur.
Have Mush people create mushroom villages when enough numbers arise, seeing as how they don't really do much after their inevitable world domination.

Kingdoms can build war ships(different from transport ships) and they will attack enemy ships in their area using cannon balls .They can target transport and trade boats too.
The war ships will use cannon balls to attack which can be produced in a new building called a cannon factory.kingdoms will need metal to produce cannonballs.
Nations will need to secure naval dominance in an area to transport their troops to enemy lands.
Some nations may prefer to build a more powerful navy and a weaker military and some may choose to build powerful military and a weaker navy.
Nations trade with each other the resources they need.for ex. A nation produces a lot of stone may trade its excess reosources with another nation for gold or other resources they need like food or metal.
Nations can use their navy to blockade enemy nations so if that nation doesn’t produce enough food to sustain itself cannot trade so the nation will slowly starve.The nation that’s being blockaded can not transport resources to any other oversea colonies.
A nation can stop the blockade if they make peace or if they engage the boats in naval combat and win.

Add a royalty system! With new features and perks of royalty, and there will be a royalty family tree, this can be disabled to avoid wasting storage. Royalty ranks go in this order: King/Queen, Prince/Princess, Duke/Duchess, Marquess/Marchioness, Earl/Countess, Viscount/Viscountess, and Baron/Baroness. They can have perks with new traits for royalty, such as a trait of royal laziness, they won’t do common tasks. I just thought that this would be a cool new update to add. This could really add a new dynamic to the game!
Implement map size conversion, download upload and unit trait editing into game. :D

They will wear purple clothes follow the picture you saw the black belt and necklace the color of it will follow the Color of kingdom Council member can handle around 10 positions per kingdom. The Council will help King making a law for example wearing a duck hat is illegal or not paying taxes is legal. Every council member will have special traits up to other traits they have
The new Traits for council
- corruption
- Hardworking
- Loyalists to the king
- Betrayed to the king
- High Determination
- lack of confidence in management
If the king dies there might be a chance there one of ten councils going to be the next king
And You need at least 100 populations+ to be able to have the council member. A council member will be pick by their skill
And Every 10 council members will be around the kingdom like 5 of them at Capital City and the others at the village.

1-We could see a lot of series like "Emperor Of Britain #4" and other fun staff.
2-Probably you could spent tons f hours for your world.You would try to occupy empires commit genocide etc.

An all mighty god should be able to bring his favourite begins back from the dead.
I find it quite annoying when I look away for a second and my favourite being has died that I’ve spent lots of time looking for. To add onto the preheats there could be a new trait called Gravewalker, a unit will gain this trait when they are brought back to life.
I want it so that people can make castles and more building types for all races and I’d want to be able to see what are the ships carrying in a new place maybe called trade storage
I want it so that people can have different types wherever they are in your world like in the north and south poles it would be more like some igloos and near the equator where like china or Japanese so basically whatever region they are in is how their houses styles will be like and also in strategies and maybe they can all evolve enough to have guns
Make it possible for necromancers to animals in to skeletons as well.
Add feature where you can have a specific nation directly declare war on another specific nation
