I haven’t seen this in game so I’ll assume it doesn’t exist but each race should have different weapons, so like orcs would have a scimitar and elves would have staves or “nature swords”

I feel that only warrior professions should see combat. Wars become rather difficult to watch when civilians decided to cross the country and fight in a war when that's what warriors should be doing. non warrior professions can fight when their territory is being invaded however.

I know boats are already on Trello, but I wanna be more specific.
Civilians: Civilians would only use boats for fishing that could fit one person, and trading that could fit three and cargo.
Military: The military would have war boats as well as transports. The war boats would fire with ballistas or catapults. They could fit around 2 people. The transports would be slow, big, and have little to no offensive capabilities. They could fit around 10-15 people. The reason I suggested the transport is because if a country across the water attacks a country near the coast, the soldiers arrive one at a time because of how slow they swim. Then, they can easily be mutilated by the 15 enemies on the shore waiting for them. Even if the attacking force outnumbers the enemy, they reach land one at a time. The transport would allow for the attackers to arrive all at once, or at least in large groups.
Royalty: The king can own a boat (it takes way more resources tho) that the king can go on and his guards to another capital. There, they can “discuss” relations with the other kingdom. If the king has likable qualities and/or a diplomacy rate of over 40, the diplomatic discussion is successful and the two kingdoms relationship increases by how successful the discussion (how likable the traits) were. The more resources such as gems put onto the boat, the more likely the interaction will be.
make it so that war is not based on cities, but instead chunks, it would definitely make for a more timelapsey experience. It should be possible to have it based on towns again though.

maybe there could be a farming system? Such as cows, rabbits and sheep would be in a “fence”(a type of block which only allows humans,orcs,elves and dwarves to go in/out whilst the “farm animals” can only go in) these creatures would breed in these fences and perhaps animals like wolves would be domesticated to work as sheep herders, introducing a new array of “classes.” Farmers, Shepards, the normal farm tillers and kids would get the professions of chicken feeders.
T Rex. Feel like we need one dinosaur in the game. Imagine how funny it would be watching pixelated people running from a T-Rex. Also with Jurassic World 3 around the corner will be fun to role play and have some nostalgia for zoo tycoon dinosaur expansion.
Maybe mountains/hills would slow down certain races, such as elves and humans, and allow other races to be faster, such as orcs and dwarves, and a new building type “castle” could only be built on the mountains. It would be where the king/ leader of the dwarves kingdom would live, a stronghold for the orcs that would be made in the hills and maybe mountain bridges, like roads but wooden for mountain towns.
rebalance settler behavior so kingdoms and newly-spawned humans/orcs/elves/dwarves will be more bold in settling and claiming new lands. after the last content update, kingdoms now take far longer to settle or outright refuse to settle if there is another city (of their kingdom or of another kingdom) nearby, even if the land is perfectly good (grass, resources, etc). newly-spawned humans/orcs/elves/dwarves are also far too picky now with starting new kingdoms if it's even remotely close to existing settlements. as a result of these changes, wars seem less common and the map develops too slowly, even on 5x speed
Zombies should be a one click power similar to pandemic. It is not very fun to tap my finger nonstop on the screen hoping to have enough zombies to over power the civs in the game.
expanding a bit more on the castle idea. Perhaps warriors would guard the castle too. And castles and strongholds are not the only ones. The elves could have a “world tree” Which would be a massive tree in the forest which, depending on the upgrade if it, might have a tiny town on it. And the humans would have a castle, but made in the plains or meadow, the light green stuff, and the castle would be rather large. Making where you choose to put down any race even more vital

the food icon should be changed to a cluster of wheat and meat, and perhaps a chef profession? My idea on food is that perhaps it would buff townsfolk much like rpg food buffing your character .
final suggestion for tonight, I understand boats are planned for some time throughout the future, no rush, but maybe docks and the fishing mechanic on trello should come with them?
Civilizations should be able to Herd up animals into small pens and Feed them as a way of Livestock Farming, potentially a Cow Animal could be implemented as a Good source

Each race could have their own tamale creatures that could fight beside them or aid them in a certain way.
Humans: Special knights that have nearly twice as good stats as the average human. They’re relatively weak, but are in larger quantities. They’re also completely covered in iron armor with a variety of iron weapons. Could also serve as kings royal guard. (I couldn’t think of any particular creature so I just went with a powerful knight)
Dwarves: Cyclops’s that are larger than the average dwarf. They can work as a catapult, launching boulders at the enemy, have a boost in production of armor and weapons, and/or fight with the enemy directly. They can be spawned naturally, but will prefer to stay in mountains and when spawned will go towards the nearest one. If there are no mountains on the map, they will go to the next highest terrain (hills, forests, etc). On their own, they will not be hostile unless attacked, which I imagine would only happen in the same way the animals are attacked, for their resources. They would drop a small amount of gold and bones. They would have to be domesticated to fight for the dwarves, likely via a certain trait that allows one to do so. When fighting for the dwarves, others dwarves in that kingdom can’t kill it.
Elves: Most of the animals. Bears would help fight as well as wolves. The more animals under the elves domain the faster food is produced. Also, elves can ride the bears into battle.
Orcs: would have trolls. They are slightly taller than cyclops’s, but don’t care about the terrain they are in. They hold a massive club that can be used to swing at enemies. They also have higher health and damage than the cyclops, and can be equipped with armor.

Random creatures that could pose threats to kingdoms, that I would imagine would work like zombies or bears do now.
Goblin: the goblins are very weak, but come in hordes of around two dozen. They camp out in hills and mountains and are fairly friendly to trolls and cyclops’s. They never set up a permanent settlement and instead go around the map setting up camps. When trade is put into the game, they would attack caravans and other small groups going through the terrain, and sometimes even villages that have just started. They have about half the health of a normal human, and only have stone swords and spears. When killed, the kingdom gains the resources they stole. They are immediately hostile to all species, except orcs and will have to be attacked by the orcs first to fight back.
Skeletons: they essentially work as a zombie. A skeleton covered in good armor and wielding good weapons. They stay on deserts, and if none are available stay in the lowest terrain available that’s not in the ocean. If killed by a skeleton, the victim will become another version of it, but with better armor and weapons. They’re lifespan should only be about a dozen years or so though.
they really oughta fix the village establishing system. when you spawn in a group of people, they don't establish villages or kingdoms in a region. they just run over to the nearest village

There could not only be oak, pine and palm trees, but there could be eucalyptus forests, sequoia forests and even enchanted forests. Houses made from different types of wood could have different colors and details. There should also be more natural resources and ores, gold and iron are definetly not enough

Weird idea but hear me out, what if in your world a territory tile goes over the water, making it so the town owns a tile but can basically do nothing with it, what if the townsfolk could put wood into the water and form the land around them, keep in mind there are restrictions. For example nobody would take a full tile of water, they would take a tile of land that may have water within it.

When kingdoms attack each other they can steal loot if they conquer the village. Also leather armor / Bone weapons. Low damage and such but very scary. High diplomacy.
Advancements of Military, because the first civilizations didn't have tactical militaries, they just ran around hitting people with things.
Primitive Military - AI is like what it is now, just running and attacking.
Trained Military - AI is a bit more complex, it focuses on important targets such as kings or capital cities first.
Intelligent Military - They are able to tactically retreat, and can defend from Trained Militaries effectively.
Tactical Military - The final step of a Kingdom's Military, they are able to do all the things previous militaries can, but also can split up into groups and make formations based on their strongest and weakest soldiers, along with waiting until the perfect moment to strike against the enemy.

If you spawn a human/elf/dwarf/orc outside of an already established country, they will either try to get into the country or be outcasts, meaning they will survive on their own either stealing from the country or hunting in the wild, they can set up wildfires and tents/camps and just live outside of countries. If a countries sends out a party to find the person that maybe stole from them, they will either kill them or put them in a jail in the country
I dislike certain traits, there should be a filter tool to select which traits come inherited, which can mutate, and which don't exist. I really hate a distaste for the immortality trait as it ruins simulations.
It will be great if we could have access to the map of other players, which will be very cool for people like me who do not really know how to make their own map as I want

Create a tycoon mode where you have limited power and can only have access to certain powers as you unlock achievements or purchase them with some kind of ingame currency. Of course, it would only be an option for when you create a new world. There would be Tycoon Mode and there would be Sandbox Mode, which would be just like normal Super Worldbox.
bandits steal gold and will target the village with the most gold unless they are spawned within a certain distance of already existing village.
For when archers are added there should be fletchers. They are the only ones who can craft bows and arrows. Also the bows and arrows should be seperate. So you could have a good bow but bad arrows. Also a job idea is blacksmiths which would craft the armor and melee weapons.

Rulers of a kindgom/rulers of a city can be choose by the player.
Rulers of a kingdom/rulers of a city will get five royal guards when they hit 100 people.
The player can give someone sword and armor can also choose material,and rarity or you can make it where a player can choose items from a other person to give to somebody.
example: you swap a item from a human named greg legendary sword steel and give it to a other human name orange and greg you swaped with loses the item but orange has it now
other than just having weapons and armor people could also find a pickaxe that gives a better chance to get something better/faster it has the same tiers as weapons and armor

2 things:
Firstly I think that Leaders should always get the best gear and replace outdated gear (It doesn't make sense for a peasant to have a better item)
Secondly I think that items shouldn't be able to only have negative abilities, because it doesn't make sense for someone to use an item that hurts their chances of success

I'm sorry but you will appreciate this the most, I have a sad tale to tell about 5 young dwarven patriots. When I started the world, I turned off death by aging, the whole game there were 5 dwarves who I blessed due to a large battle they survived, after the battle they all went home and one became king, the other liked living on a small island, two became front line veterans who survived dozens of Orcish invasions, and the final one liked to stand by the palace and keep the king safe. After several hours another successful defense of the capital had just gone by when suddenly dwarves started attacking dwarves...the northern province had revolted, before I could even react to what was going on they had killed my 5 Chosen who I've watched over for hundreds of in game years
this is bouncing off of a suggestion by @grave cave, Elves have a higher chance of legendary equipment but generally have bad equipment.
Kings should only wear Epic to Legendary equips. I've seen Kings with low quality equips getting killed by someone with legendary weapon
That would lead to situations where the king doesn’t wear any armor or wears minimal armor

That in the profile of each King a crown can be seen as his profession, likewise something like this could be seen in leaders of a tribe.

LEGACY When a king dies, there should be an heir, and the possessions that the predecessor (current king) has will be transferred to his/her successor or the children the predecessor has, basically the first child of the predecessor. Meaning to say, legendary items would be in vain if a great king dies. So it would be best to continue the legacy of the possessions until the empire falls. If by chance, the king from a different empire would get the strongest or most valuable item that the empire they once conquered if it is present.

Add horse carriages to make moving long distances more realistic. The king can have a special horse carriage, and military carriages can have weapons mounted etc.

Ammo Type 1: Fireballs (Fire + Stone) Ammo Type 2: Plague (Infect people with the Plague and use their bodies). To attack buildings the siege machines used will be Cannons(Cannons= 4 Metal + 2 Wood), Ammo: Cannonballs = Fuse+Metals. Lastly add Archer Towers (Archer(new class) + 5 Stone and 3 Wood) and Mage Halls(Mage Hall = Mage(new class) + 5 Stone and 3 Wood) for defence. The previous horse carriage idea factors in by being used as a supply chain to far off locations. In addition to Kingdom v Kingdom war, add mini bosses (like the Dragon) as such: 1. Mechanical Golem, Attacks:1a: Ground Pound(Smashes ground for AOE and causes blocks to fly that damages) 1b: Swing (self explanatory ) 1c: Chaingun Fire (Ranged Tracking Attack) 1d: SPECIAL MOVE:Guided Missiles (Ranged AOE Splash Attack, Missiles can avoid obstacles) 2. Intelligent Creatures (not animals) will not kill children unless they have bloodlust or madness. Its just gruesome when theres a war and they slaughter eachothers children.
A new building type Storage towers three types of storage tower food,seed, and water and the reason these towers are so special is that when they are destroyed they collapse and spill whatever was inside the tower and have a special effect to where it falls and the taller this tower is the larger the effect around the area so seed towers when they fall it will have the effect of dropping seeds in that area if dropped on a farm it will plant seeds and if dropped on forest grows trees and grass grows bushes and on and so food towers when they fall over food will spill food can be taken and stolen like animals can steal food if the tower is taken down in war the warriors from the other village will steal food from them and when bandits are updated during a raid they can also steal that food and finally water towers so when water towers are taken down it will flood the area
a new building type banks so banks will store money and when destroyed money will spill all over and during war the warriors of the other village can steal the money for their own and when bandits are updated they can rob banks

Heroes each kingdom's military would have 1-10 Heroes, depending on the size of their army. They are very powerful, with up to 800 health. They lead groups of the army into the enemy's village. They usually get some of the strongest equipment. However, if a kingdom looses a Hero, it takes many hundreds of years to replace them.

You can add riders. If there is a sheep or a bear nearby, then a person can sit on it. So they will have an advantage in speed, and if you sit on a bear, the damage of the unit will increase by 100%. But let the sheep be saddled from the 2nd level, and the bear from the 5th.

Attacking by water especially since we don’t quite have boats yet isn’t feasible, due to the units in the “attack” getting swarmed as one after the other make landfall. It practically makes the attack useless.
If they could attack by land when possible, that would develop out to be greater scale battles and a more successful attack.
With the boat up date i think we should make different types of boats like to normal civilians they will have trading boats but to the army they will have military ships
Migration Pact - When two Kingdoms have good relations they can form a Migration Pact. It gives a small boost to relations and allows non-military persons to move to another village, depending on it's wealth and the amount of diplomacy from it's ruler.
International roads - When trade is finally added, initial land trade routes could be followed by builders, who'll construct a path between both kingdoms. Anyone who migrates or trades will take these paths.
Bandit/Pirate - Formed by villages with unhappy citizens. Some will go out and form bandit camps for land trade and pirate ships for sea trade. They'll plunder and take the resources being traded for themselves. Eventually, with a large stockpile of wealth, equipment and seasoned bandits they'll move to a nearby village and conquer it for themselves.

A)Xenophile: Have a positive opinion of nations of a different race. Other races more likely to migrate here. Gives 5+ Diplomacy
B)Xenophobe: Hates other races with a passion. Will never trade or form migration pacts with them. More likely to declare war on other races. +2 Diplomacy, 3+ sight
C)Bandit/Pirate: 2+ Sight, 1+ speed, -5 Diplomacy
elite or royal guard: a group of warriors follow and protect the leader at all times

More DESTRUCTIVE wars! Obviously i’m not talking about wars between 2 different races, but same race wars. The only damage wars do is ruin the economy just a little bit, kill lots of people and underpopulated villages sometimes to the point of abandonment.
So a way to make the wars more destructive is maybe the attackers can destroy a few buildings and set some fires while in battle (they do that sometimes but only in multi race wars)
Extreme levels would be warriors also acting as bandits, throwing down bombs (that actually go off) but maybe at a grenade size explosion. But that would be very unlikely. Basically just make wars more destructive

Actually, rebellions are already a thing, village leaders can have their village rebel from their kingdom, but seeing a noble lead some peasants to overthrow a village leader would be cool

When the kingdom have 80% of it's cities unhappy, the people will try to assassinate the king and replace a new one. Their will be a news about it in the history book
riots this is what will happen before the full-blown revolution and if riots are happening but the country hasn’t been separated yet the riots can have a leader and public executions can be a thing and depending who gets beheaded it can make a riot/rebellion a lot stronger and angrier or calm them down and eventually die out

Walls would be cool for the game, each type of race could have its own type of wall, the walls would be made of stone (if the city is noble) or wooden (if the city is poor) so it could hinder the invasion, if the city was on an island, the boats would make a little sense in attacking. adding a bow and arrow to living beings would also be a good thing, so they could facilitate defenses with walls

ports can be captured by other nations to secure their beachheads while waiting for more troops arrive

after some city was destroyed, the resources could still be maintained, so that other cities or kingdoms could steal these abandoned resources, thus facilitating the time it took for a civilization to return to a big city, also with this option, the races could destroy the villages, and steal only the resources, taking them with them over time, or founding a city on the spot, so it wouldn't take time to build up a new noble city, since it takes a long time for a city to emerge from poverty :v
Customizable war banner, kingdom nation colors, armor setup for the people, along customizable with traits, multiple classes (archers, spearmen, swordsmen, mages possibly), kingdoms in certain biomes make area-based buildings, maybe add a taming trait so some characters may have a tamed wolf or bear, ‘legacy tree’ that shows how the kingdom was passed down from king to king/leader to leader, maybe add sharks that deal decent damage and dial back damage for piranhas for stability of mass vs size, piranhas can be found in more shallow water but not open ocean, whirlpools like the tornado feature taking anything to the depths, ‘chosen one’ ability- makes whomever succeed a whole lot easier at whatever they do (blacksmith makes better weapons, warrior strikes down opponents in one hit, etc), maybe even add a night/day time button to swap between a darker screen and lighter
(A curse power basically the opposite of the blessed power it de buffs the person I want dis for role play stuff when I’m creating story’s also I think it’d be cool)

A notification tab at the left of the mobile app that tells you when a war has broken out, an alliance was creating, a king has died, etc.
They could add bridges. They could be built by any human in the game, only that it would not be possible to destroy them, only by natural disasters or explosions. It would also be legal humans attack bombs when attacking enemy villages, as thieves do with the world, since humans, have few skills, different from other races in the game.

It should be easier to tell which person has what profession by like a hat or what they are wearing. And different uniforms for different types of soldier you are, like if you are an archer, you would have different uniform then a soldier. (and if they add cavalry)

Different races can grow different crops like humans can grow wheat and say cabbage, orcs can grow wheat and carrots or something and elves grow fruit, and dwarves grow potatoes

Certain race only items and jobs (something like dwarfs make enchanted stuff, elves have archers, humans have a wizard job, orcs have bone armour and tools as an example)
society upgrades that can happen after they get enough stone, ore, and gold, ie:
Elves instead of swords can get magic or bows, along with a huge production upgrade for trees
Humans get guns or better melee, and could become a huge capitalist market.
Orcs get to ride on the nearby wildlife like cows and pigs and use them as chariots, orcs get deadlier the longer their kingdom exist. (it does max out)
Dwarfs get huge hammers that do tons of damage, they can make huge stone monuments that once built, provides better speed, harvest rate, slower hunger, and more damage.
That people are born faster

Trade routes. Villages can buy good with gold and that would raise diplomacy. Can also create trade unions which also raises diplomacy

Well, it's to keep the suggestions from being bloated. It shouldn't hurt to remind people every once and a while what the developer isn't going to do as to not raise any false hopes. But please, let's just keep the discussions about suggestions please.
