(VILLAGE TRADE SYSTEM)- a tab inside the village details which would allow you to choose from the multiple kingdoms villages and the option to choose the items being traded and what their being traded for. A side tab of this section or option within the village details under the kingdoms name this would be a toggle switch allowing you to see the trade routs of the villagers. I hope this has been relatively easy to understand.
You can report bugs on trello, suggestions however are picked up by the dev from right here.
This is a god simulator, actively selecting and trading items is not in the spirit of the game. The most you may ask for is a trading feature activation but the civilisations would themselves intitiate and carry out the trade.

War Concept
If a nation with allies gets attacked, their allies will join the war and attack the offensive force, this will also be vice versa but the bystanding kingdom will have to be atleast on a neutral diplomacy level, if the bystanding kingdom is on a different contient.
they will use ship to do sieges on the closest village of the rival kingdom, if they have enough military, can possibly do blockades (if implemented).
The invading force will have to kill the leader of the village to occupy it, to push the invaders out, a non-occupied village will have to either kill all the invaders in the occupied village or kill their general, to take over an entire village.
The invaders will have to either tear down all of the defensive kingdom's starting houses (the double house or palace depending on the village's advancements) or kill the monarch.
As many as 8 participants can join on either side.
Rebellions
If 35% of the villagers from a recently taken over, currently occupied village, or a village doing poorly on food (recently can span about 15 years) (mutiny from food shortage start about 30 years into it and food has to not have gone over 10 in the entire time period), are against the current ruler, they have a 30% chance of revolution. (65% the entire time food is on 0-2)
They can win the revolution by destroying the starting house or killing the monarch, if this happens the village become the capital of an independent kingdom, and the leader of the rebellion becomes the new monarch.

Maybe I'm stupid, but i think the way that world generation is described is very confusing, when you custom generate. Like, there's "small islands" which i get, but what is "random shapes"? It's very vague. Wouldn't there be some kind of better way to describe that? or is it just me that has trouble understanding what exactly I'm changing about the world generation?
The game should allow npcs to specialize, let me explain
Npcs should have a variety of specializations (fishermen, soldiers, hunters, lumberjacks etc), the demand for those jobs and the race of the npc should effect how many npcs chose that.
For example orcs will most prefer soldiers, dwarves will prefer miners, you get the idea. Soldiers should also be split into cavalry, archers, and footmen.
Npcs should be able to advance in technology depending on their resources (am abundance of Stone might lead a village to create stone walls, or an abundance of wood might lead to a palisade). Mountains should also be habitable by dwarves.
Maybe if the humanoids are old enough they grow a beard like I have

A good idea could be more customizable characters and birds. This could be in the form of evolution.

So i say there should be a way to influence the Npcs in the game by using the weather like hurricanes, thunderstorms , Sandstorms ,and so on. In addition the npcs will have either a respect for the player or not and that will be shown by a symbol next to the village or kingdom

Multi-Cultural Kingdoms
Do you like humans, elves, orcs, and dwarves? Don't you wish they could just, get along? Introducing multi-culturalism! Where different races can join together in the same glorious kingdom! This could be an optional feature or an always-on feature. With this, different races are willing to live alongside each other, whether their kingdom is taken over by another, or if they are directly spawned into an existing one, or wander over to an existing one as a stateless person just spawned in/having just lost their kingdom. Maybe we add some immigration where a kingdom resident can leave a kingdom and travel to another one! Finally humans can achieve their dream of uniting all the races; into their own kingdom, to help conquer the other kingdoms! Huzzah!

How do I get into Trello?
Ok, so first, they should add the ability to build city buildings, and when you throw down the napalm bomb onto a building, it gets semi destroyed, kind of like ruins, and the people wander and search, add different factions as well

If a bigger kingdom is allies with a smaller kingdom, the bigger on can influence who the smaller one like or hates
Military Stationing
If a kingdom reaches a certain military power, they can send troops to a allied or neutral village to either protect the kingdom or siphon resources from it ('murica style).
Military Power
There will be a star in the stats of kingdom which shows how strong military-wise they are (Out of 100), if they have a score of 55, they can start doing the things above, when they reach 85, they can start ordering rebels in rival kingdom ranging from weak (85) to very strong (100).
All suggestions require: Organized Military (Somewhat), Boats, and Diplomacy
Boats. That's it they need boats they can build big castles and cities but not boats
Well thought out suggestions are always appreciated, but you guys should probably check the trello before investing time in making these suggestions. It save you some time and duplicate suggestions wouldn't be entertained anyways.
I do believe $7 just for maybe 50 items and possibly may use 5 or 10 if that is a little on the expensive side

I think the cost now is fine tbh. Making a game isnt easy, and i don't like asking people to devalue their work. Especially when they're willing to take suggestions from the community. That's just my opinion tho.

I mean... it's an one time purchase in a game that is updated every month, but it's still your decision if you don't want to buy the game, or don't have the funds to. Even then, a week or two of saving pocket change should be pretty much enough to buy it.

Hey, I just wanted to say that your game is rad. I would love to see a more indepth form of city interaction; like the ability to make cities declare war! I've thoroughly enjoyed my time with the game, and am looking forward to future updates.

Dang timer like that one on the bottom right have a wall surrounding that border but people can knock down walls and have Siege weapons
They should have a rule like
If a kingdom is occupying a square with water in, they can build a port (which is basically a house but with a jetty sticking out of it) in which a small boat can be made to house around 1 - 5 people per ride (there would also be a "captain" who's just part of the boat to make sure it doesn't look weird when the boat returns)
The only problem is where the boat goes, but I'm sure the rule that allows people to swim for land can be altered for boats too

Generals
If a village has a organized military, a general will be place to lead it, generals will go with the army on all invasion and will fight with the army if their land is being invaded, if they have to go over seas to fight generals and their amry will meet up with the generals of other villages in the kingdom and then go over seas for maximum damage output.
Organized Military Concept
Villages with 10-30 people=no organized military
Villages 50-90= 35% of its pop in the military
Villages 100 and up= a general (take 5 more damage) + 25% of it's pop in the military
P.S. I know Organized Military is in the trello probably but it is just a suggestion on how it should be made

I want villagers to show happiness when I put rocks or Bushs near their village and when I drop rain in their crops so I can feel good about myself (before dropping the Nuke)
Can we add a weather system? I would like for storms, rain, lightning etc to happen by themselves. It would help to keep an entire forest or grass lands from burn just because of a lightning strike.

More complex forms of temperature engagement with the environment n characters. I'd like to make a tundra area for example, where there is grass but the temperature is still v low. if characters are in the cold for too long without shelter they can die? if day/night cycles are implemented, maybe deserts can be cold or hot depending on the time?

Since we have Mountains and Hills can we have Waterfalls and Cliff edges? There should also be a River and Lake water options so we can have running water and they also fall from said mountains and hills and run out of the aren't connected to a river and they do not replace elements and are more like the rain where they run across rocky hills and ect, this can make people drink from rivers and lakes only and make Piranhas stay in these bodies of water and opens up room for Sharks and ect in different water types.

Ik better AI has been said but in specific I want them to be way better about equalizing their units during war because they tend to just get overwhelmed because they never move units around, and also for them to be more agressive and not just sit around and sometimes accidentally go into fighting

Modding support for the PC version, I'm not sure how possible this is with the current game files, pretty sure its made in unity and i've seen games like that be modded the hell out of, but having some sort of modding support for this game would let players really customise their experience and take pressure off the developers in making new features faster. Thats my suggestion

I would suggest that creatures and sentient entities (humans, elves etc...) when reach a certain age die naturally. It's plain weird see a 200 year old human fighting in a battle against dwarves like "no prob, man" and later traverse the entire ocean swimming only with his bare arms.
there should be possible to make acid seas, like throwing acid into pool and making acid pool
and only the closest 2-3 blocks are affected by it (by turning darker)

I have an idea and I think it is good. There could be option when you choose kingdom, that you can choose what place(territory) will they colonize. Becouse for now it is completly random where will kingdom create new village.

There should be specific jobs for people such as miners, lumber Jacks, hunter, etc. Their jobs should show up when viewing details about them. Also, villages and kingdoms should be able to trade resources with each other.
2nd suggestion: Humans first started as a hunter- gatherer type of civilization. They should start like that then upgrade to agricultural ages. I'm not sure about industrial though.

I have two ideas. One: churches or other praying places can be prayed at, this will be shown in an overlay or under the name and pop. And you can choose to punish the villages with less prayers and reward those with more. Prayers will serve no actual function but just add a bit more depth. And two: capitals or just big villages should be able to build walls to protect themselves.

Dragons having the ability to befriend/Antagonise a kingdom, multiple villages/towns or just a single town; A dragon befriending a kingdom would help defending the kingdom from oncoming attacks while the kingdom would build lodging for it and its hatching if it ever has them, the dragon wouldn't attack offensively towards other realms|.
A dragon can claim territory for its own and it's family this can include kingdoms or various towns, if the people of the towns no matter the race submit to the dragons rule the towns combine under the dragon the capital being the lair of the dragon|.

Kingdom improvements: Kingdoms can become allies. If two kingdoms of the same race are next to each other, there is a slight chance they may form an alliance and be peaceful to each other.
Kings can get overthrown. If the expansion of a kingdom is stagnating, people are starving or the same king has been ruling for a long time, another citizen may attack him and become the king himself.

A citizen may have a small chance of becoming unhappy, going away from the original kingdom and forming their own. This kingdom would be very aggressive towards the original one.

Offensive improvements-
Humans: The human race is one of two civilized races often defined by having pathways and more thought through home building. I was thinking humans could have three types of units archers, swordsmen, and civilians. Swordsmen are basic melee units that attack other enemies. Archers attack at range. Civilians generate more income and construction.
Dwarfs: dwarfs are the second civilized race once again characterized by pathways and city design but dwarfs are the most civilized. Dwarfs have three units axe men, catapults, civilians. Axe men are basic melee units that attack enemies, catapults are an artillery unit that uses projectiles that have a splash damage. Civilians once again generate income and construction.
Elves: elves are identified as generally uncivilized due to their lack of pathways and home design. Elves have three unit types elite archers, dagger men, and civilians. Elite archers are special to the elves they are more accurate than human archers and deal more damage. Dagger men are melee units. Civilians generate more income and construction.
Orcs: orcs are uncivilized due to their lack of paths and home design. Orcs have three units brutes, mega brutes, and a skull crusher. Brutes are generic melee units. Mega brutes are larger than brutes and deal a small area of splash damage. A Skull crusher is a very special unit that is much bigger than brutes and mega brutes and only one can be generated per city but the requirement to be generated is that the city must have a population higher than 100 skull crushers also deal splash damage in a bigger radius than mega brutes have more health and deal more damage they spawn when the population of a city hits 100 and when it spawns a cave larger than the mine will appear as it’s
Defense-
Humans: humans will be able to generate walls at a certain milestone which will have gates that only the cities troops may pass through the enemies upon attacking must break the wall which will create a whole in the portion targeted. Note L
all archers can fire arrows over walls even elf archers can fire over walls catapults may also fire over walls.
Dwarfs: dwarfs also can generate walls these walls will be slightly stronger than human walls. All projectile physics apply to human and dwarf walls.
Elves: elves receive a small defense buff in the form of archer tree houses which are built in trees and fire down on enemies until destroyed.
Orcs: orcs receive no defense buffs as they
are already powerful themselves.
Unit rankings: Elf archers are more accurate and inflict more damage than human archers. Melee units are ranked as followed 1:skull crushers 2:mega brutes 3:brutes 4:axe men 5: swordsmen 6: dagger men. Projectile rankings are as follows 1:catapults 2: elite archers 3:archers.
Recap of war: Humans have all around good melee and ranged attack. Elves have the worst melee but one of the better range. Dwarfs have good melee and good range. Orcs have extremely powerful melee but no range. All Tripp’s spawn evenly for humans. For elves troops spawn evenly. For orcs brutes spawn the most mega brutes spawn the second most and only one skull crusher per city. For dwarfs axe men spawn more then catapults note catapults are much less than axe men.

Once they're more advanced, villages should build walls surrounding the perimeter. Level 1 is just wood, 2 is stone and 3 is the highest. It should be made of stone, wood with flags at the top and a little bit of iron. Of course all of then would have gates.

Also organized combat, where cities can raise armies and multiple cities can combine forces to overwhelm enemies. Right now combat is very city to city based but I think a giant kingdom should be able to combine forces to overwhelm a large city.

Offensive improvements-
Humans: The human race is one of two civilized races often defined by having pathways and more thought through home building. I was thinking humans could have three types of units archers, swordsmen, and civilians. Swordsmen are basic melee units that attack other enemies. Archers attack at range. Civilians generate more income and construction.
Dwarfs: dwarfs are the second civilized race once again characterized by pathways and city design but dwarfs are the most civilized. Dwarfs have three units axe men, catapults, civilians. Axe men are basic melee units that attack enemies, catapults are an artillery unit that uses projectiles that have a splash damage. Civilians once again generate income and construction.
Elves: elves are identified as generally uncivilized due to their lack of pathways and home design. Elves have three unit types elite archers, dagger men, and civilians. Elite archers are special to the elves they are more accurate than human archers and deal more damage. Dagger men are melee units. Civilians generate more income and construction.
Orcs: orcs are uncivilized due to their lack of paths and home design. Orcs have three units brutes, mega brutes, and a skull crusher. Brutes are generic melee units. Mega brutes are larger than brutes and deal a small area of splash damage. A Skull crusher is a very special unit that is much bigger than brutes and mega brutes and only one can be generated per city but the requirement to be generated is that the city must have a population higher than 100 skull crushers also deal splash damage in a bigger radius than mega brutes have more health and deal more damage they spawn when the population of a city hits 100 and when it spawns a cave larger than the mine will appear as it’s special housing.
Defense-
Humans: humans will be able to generate walls at a certain milestone which will have gates that only the cities troops may pass through the enemies upon attacking must break the wall which will create a whole in the portion targeted. Note L
all archers can fire arrows over walls even elf archers can fire over walls catapults may also fire over walls.
Dwarfs: dwarfs also can generate walls these walls will be slightly stronger than human walls. All projectile physics apply to human and dwarf walls.
Elves: elves receive a small defense buff in the form of archer tree houses which are built in trees and fire down on enemies until destroyed.
Orcs: orcs receive no defense buffs as they
are already powerful themselves.
Unit rankings: Elf archers are more accurate and inflict more damage than human archers. Melee units are ranked as followed 1:skull crushers 2:mega brutes 3:brutes 4:axe men 5: swordsmen 6: dagger men. Projectile rankings are as follows 1:catapults 2: elite archers 3:archers.
Recap of war: Humans have all around good melee and ranged attack. Elves have the worst melee but one of the better range. Dwarfs have good melee and good range. Orcs have extremely powerful melee but no range. All Tripp’s spawn evenly for humans. For elves troops spawn evenly. For orcs brutes spawn the most mega brutes spawn the second most and only one skull crusher per city. For dwarfs axe men spawn more then catapults note catapults are much less than axe men.
Being able to edit a village size if it overlaps with another village that’s a different kingdom. They will fight over that land

I think that maybe if they added more animals, (Tigers, tamed dogs, pandas etc) and some more forests; like bamboo forests, savanna, swamp etc.

There could be optimization done to qar mechanics, in the way so it isnt just them attacking, falling back and then rebuilding losses and falling back, it just loops and the wars get stuck. That is a common thing, and would improve the game a lot.

Two suggestions. A forestry place. A plot of land in which trees grow very quickly. Im sugegsting this because the people usually build on all the spots trees can grow and then can no longer grow. ANd socialization. Maybe people could chat with little text bubbles or emojis, THis could increase there effectiveness or maybe a ritual or party?
Once they're more advanced, villages should build walls surrounding the perimeter. Level 1 is just wood, 2 is stone and 3 is the highest. It should be made of stone, wood with flags at the top and a little bit of iron. Of course all of then would have gates.
I think it would be very interesting if you could give the humanoids the ability to gain some of the already available weapons based on their civilizations achievements such as the grenade or timed explosives I think that also implementing an even more complex ai into the game would be very game changing, That long stand off between kingdoms ended by the achievements of the kingdom giving them science and the ability to split atoms creating an atom bomb using their resources and maybe economy and while I’m at it Terminators are needed we have demons and zombies and all sorts of other monsters it would be nice having an ability to kill a world leader and What you also need to add is the ability to rewind time would be awesome. List of works that could be added with the incoming profession system:
-Builder: They would build houses for the king in exchange of money and maybe food
-Farmer: They would be the people who would make food and it would be send for their king, the church, markets and/or the feudal sir
-Merchant: They would trade and sell the food that is given to him by the farmer to the people
With that, another sugestion is an monetary system, the NPCs would have an x amount of money, so they would buy food to survive, pay the builders to build or upgrade their house, give rewards to the mercenary and pay taxes, if they don't, they would have all their food stock sacked, their house destroyed or lost or be sentenced to death.
Having something like private property would be good.
I think what would be really cool is if there is a feature where kingdoms/villages could have wars and like not just random battles like it currently does so it makes it a bigger deal and like each kingdom/village could have alliances and enemies that it would show

And in wars there is set battles and battle tactics frontlines and such, and to expand your kingdom instead of just building houses and different settlements you actually have to expand the boarders while building towns. I believe if you add this it will add a much needed depth and purpose to the game, but you can still drop a tsar bomba and kill everyone XD

Are you doing add a another age of civilization?
Hold to place units (when you need to place lot's of creatures and dint want to sacrifice your fingers)
Bigger time scales (5x is good but have you though about 10x?)
Water and lava precision placing (when you want to drop some lava when building, it just sprays it wherever it wants)
Add some scenario objectives to beat, like giving us an orc army to beat that aren't affected by our god powers, so we have to destroy them by raising another faction up to beat them.
Can imagine there would be many things you could challenge a player to do.

Add a feature in which the kingdoms can build army buildings and have armies and make it so that kingdoms don't just attack each other upon contact,they rather have relations and if relations worsen they can prepare their armies and then declare war and then they would take territory from the other kingdom. Trading between villages would also be cool,as some villages that have mines for example but not much food could trade stone,iron or gold for food with villages that don't have stone,iron or gold but have a lot of food.
Another idea would be adding new types of houses and carts that would make creatures faster and would allow them to move faster. You could also add horses or donkeys to move the carts. Roads between villages,boats,bridges and tunnels could also be useful
Even better,you could add windmills to make bread and you could add animal farms and people taking,for example the eggs of the chickens as food. You could also add something like cities building fences or walls to keep out invaders or even add archers

Been playing on PC for a few days now, only thing i would like to see is empire policies. For example, try to claim all gold on map, trade between towns (help them grow based n their needs), town expansion (less small towns in-between gaps) and so on
Alliances and Enemy villages, ((alliances will not attack eachother and enemy will go for them and only them until they destroy the village or they destroy them.
I would like to suggest that the humans in the game should have boats... and they can build docks if they’re next to water. Maybe add a trading mechanic to make the game more realistic.

Once they're more advanced, villages should build walls surrounding the perimeter. Level 1 is just wood, 2 is stone and 3 is the highest. It should be made of stone, wood with flags at the top and a little bit of iron. Of course all of then would have gates.
Add a CYCLOPS a hulking creature with one eye a tree as a weapon and a loincloth. They could sotmp around trampling the terrain and smash there tree into the ground doing mediocre terrain damage. They would be aggresive to most life and able to be attacked and even killed by the races.
Add a GARGOYLE a ugly small creature that looks like a goblin made of stone with wings. They could pick up creatures and then drop them from heights or into hazards. Ie a volcano, piranha infested water, bears, ETC. They would have low HP and could yeild stone upon death.

Add a NECROMANCER a humanoid figure in robes which can cast a magical spell cursing the dead making them rise from there slumber and protect him. Zombies would ignore him.

Add a POLTERGIEST a ghost entity. They can teleport to a person and scare them causing them to flee and drop whatever resources they have. The poltergiest could be scared away with fire however.

Goblins Kingdom : A race of small green creatures that likes building mechs and engineering stuff, which would lead to small combat mechs instead of regular warriors. They hate Dwarves.

Add a ENT a ent is a hulking tree creature. Whereveer they step they could increase tree growth. They would be neutral unless attacked or a tree is cutdown where they would stomp the person who cut the tree. Once kileld they could provide a abundance of wood.

Add a GOLEM, golems are big creatures who walk on knuckles due to there stubby legs. They have a stone, iron, and gold varient each with increasing strength. (60% stone, 30% iron, and 10% gold) Once killed they will drop a abundance of the resource. They would be hostile, but with poor eyesight so you would have to get close to be smashed. (Varients idea credit goes to @meager glacier )
Reaper creature: A creature that instant kill any humanoid in range, basically a life ender, it could also convert dead people into ghouls that attack humanoids
Add a THEIF, The theif is the brother of the bandit, FIguratly of course. Instead of throwing fire and TNT they would go for towns steal resources and run, if they were cuaght they could easily be slain due to them being unarmed. (Or armed lightly) They would be quick and nimble due to there job. They could also trip people and steal what they are carrying. They would mainly grab GOLD and WHEAT.
Add a LICH, the lich would be scared off using fire. And can phase across the map, They would curse enemies making them slower and causing there hunger to drop quite quick, There presence could also Wither or stunt crop growth.

Add a DAY/NIGHT CYCLE, at day people get more work done, at night they are lasier and there awareness is decreased... But im not going to just suggest this, Im also sugegsting a BAT, bats would sleep during the day and attack at night, they would do low damage and have low HP, But could reproduce liek other animals. (Maybe also a vampire attack? Where when they atatck they gain a portion of HP back?)
Add some ELEMENTALS, I know we have demons and ice guys but elemntals are a bit diffrent, There would be two varients Sand and Ice, They would make themselves out of sand or ice. and would ahve no legs hovering a bit.They would have Low damage and HP, and could not leave cold or hot areas. If they died they would explode spreading desert or tundra. But along to go with this add, TEMPERTURE EFFECTS, Tempurtre now affect things. In the desert they could be forced to be near a water source or suffer heat stroke, and in the tundra they would have to stay near fires and kill animals gaining leather and hide to make coats.
Add a COBRA, cobras could be a sandy color and prefer deserts, They could also puff up and scare creatures away, however if this doesnt work it will bite them and inflict a poisen efefct, however they would have very low HP and the intial strike wouldnt do to much.
