Perhaps we could have a way for certain races to find peace with each other and 'share' kingdoms? Maybe have a ratio of chance depending on which race is meeting eachother (Eg: Humans and Dwarves have a high chance to find peace, while Humans and Orks have a low chance to find peace). Also Civil wars within races could be interesting, this could happen when a race splits and one member decides to create a new village.
One more thing: How about advanced buildings? Like, as time progresses, races can build more advanced buildings like castles and forts that surround their territory.

The humans roads should be constructed better, roads always go straight through houses and i also think races should walk around mountains looking for a way to get around and then go over if theres no way, also add more elevations levels, like low grasslands and high grasslands, high and low forests, and have there be more light shining in the middle of the map to make it seem like theres an equator, slightly getting dimmer as it goes north and south

How about a new biome in the game? I offer Savannah! Since each biome (Desert, Field, Forest, Hills and Mountains) Has its own level, the Savannah can be located between the desert and the field. Ie something like this:

Is it possible to add a volcano that erupts on an average time period about every 5 to 20 minutes, and every eruption is very violent and destroys its surrounding area with hot ash and then the volcano would go dormant for a few more minutes, and every eruption would make it bigger and be bigger

As far as I understand, zombies are infected people, and therefore their homes should probably be similar to the homes of ordinary people. Here are a few options: Destroyed house, Overgrown house, Abandoned house and... some kind of wreckage, like human houses
