Zeno isn't even the strongest in his own verse. I think that goes to Super Shenron and Zalama (I don't know if I am saying their names right)

Super Shenron literally undid the effects of his erasure technique, brining back all the universes he erased.

And um for the Zalama dude he hasn't been shown yet but he's basically the one who created Super Shenron. He's even older than Zeno.

As for other people outside of dragon ball... Basically any god in dc or marvel.

They usually just have every ability in the book.

I don't know about the manga, but in the anime I think they said they planned to do this whether the winner asked for it or not

@upper summit Super Shenron doesn't act upon his own will. And, the Super Dragon Balls can be considered as means to get something accomplished.

Tbh, Zeno can destroy anything in seconds. But, he doesn't seem to be very strong (defensively). There isn't much info on it.

Nope super Shenron can't do it alone. He needs someone to wish for it and the angels are the only ones who speak his language. Im sure you re aware that the angels are pure beings who wouldn't do anything bad to zeno or the universe. Furthermore, the manga stated that super shenron can't do anything to zeno because of spoilers ||a curse/ seal placed on him when he was created, the rule makes him unable to do anything bad to zeno, unless zeno himself asks him to, which also wouldn't work cause if he's manipulated into saying something like that, the grand priest who is gonna translate the wish to shenron won't agree to do it anyways|| manga spoiler and explanations.
