You can, but there are risks. Mainly because the only instances they'll really show aggressive behavior is before a molt, after long periods without food, startled, and or if they are protecting an egg sack.

I try to stay safe. Tina can be aggressive sometimes when I disturb her nest.

The only risk factor I assumed could come from it was maybe the fibers she could throw into the air when scared I learned they could cause some mild irritation to the skin or get into someone's eye or something

Shes molting right now actually so I try not to bother her too much

Oh that happens sometimes too but it's rare. The only times they'll do that is in a last ditch effort

Sometimes they'll molt under stress. And yes it is primarily dew to them growing. There exoskeleton or shell, has become too small for them so that molt the top layer. It's good practice to try and remove the molt from the enclosure and wait about 5 days before attempting a feeding.

The body is longer compared to males and the legs are a bit shorter, lower to ground. Whereas a male's body is smaller but their legs are longer and higher at the joints.

But, it also maybe too early to tell. Would you mind sending me a photo when they molt it'll be easier to tell
