First things first there is no way that should be “too” heavy. That’s like a 7 inch rail and if you’re struggling with that unfortunately polymer or maybe a short mlok is your best option. Otherwise hpa is the only real way to get the gun lighter

Even if it’s metal it should not be that heavy. Too short of a build so not really front heavy. Again not trying to be mean or anything just being honest. The rail probably weighs under 3 pounds. My Krytac crb weighs 20 lbs give or take but it’s front heavy.

Your gun has a polymer body and is only 5.3 pounds which is extremely light and honestly already great for cqb. My “cqb” build is about to be a 10 inch rail and 4 inch tracer. 260-300mm inner barrel is what I’d recommend for cqb for the best accuracy while maintaining a shorter build

As far as I'm informed from the real steel world, Height over Bore isn't really an issue unless you are shooting at very short range and even then it barely matters. That's largely a misconception as far as I know.
It can also make the gun easier to aim because you aren't tilting your head as much. In some cases, at least for me, I have to raise the optic because my ComTacs are hitting the buttstock and I can't get down low enough.
Furthermore, I believe for passive aiming with night vision, a certain height is required to make it properly possible.

Do you mean the collar won’t come down over the part on the hand guard because the guard section is to thick or that the cut on the barrel is in the wrong place for your guard

There is a little notch in the barrel where the pin needs to slot into for the retention collar to actually LOCK into place, but the collar can’t slide down to that spot because the handguard is in the way. Everything is flush already so idk how hammering can do anything here

The trigger unit is a bitch if a thing work with, and has very limited space in the actual design. Also if you have seen how bad actual ak gbb are it makes sense why no large company has attempted a as-Val
