Theoretically, it is. I'd recommend you go with a prebuilt since your experience with airsoft teching seems limited. No affront, just mentioning.

Theoretically, my Mancraft SDiK is a drop in kit too. I have now sanded and polished multiple parts of it because they forgot, made a custom glide ring and eliminated my mag release entirely.
HPA is tricky because nobody tells you anything and help is honestly scarce. In my case, Mancraft themselves have the most useless support I have seen in a while. They told me to basically break my gun by not using an essential part of the kit.

Dsg’s are obsolete now with brushless motors. You can achieve the same performance with an ssg, and not have to worry about ur gun exploding every month.

Warhead is a lot better in terms of performance, T238 draws way more Amps for the same result. Warheads have much better efficiency, leading to less battery drain, being able to run cheaper batteries because you don't need crazy discharge rates.
I can't speak to customer service though, only to specs.
