Nope, the BBs doesn't put any additional load on the system, the force only comes from the spring, which has nothing to do with the BB. The BBs at best provides some dampening because it seals the barrel a little, creating backpressure. Although I reckon the effect is minimal.

you just need a hpa engine a air tank and a air line

if your us based use amped airsoft

bear in mind tho hpa engines are quite expensive

Yeah, HPA is the top notch solution, you can also buy prebuilt HPA guns. At a hefty price of course, but you're gonna get the best possible performance.
Your only alternative if you wanna spend less is a high end AEG build. While less expensive, it's much more involved than HPA, upgrade or prebuilt. You can't buy a good prebuilt AEG, they all suck. Maybe some crazy expensive ones, but that's the same price as HPA which is better in almost every way.
