I have kind of a USEC kit too, I'm running ESS NVG goggles. Admittedly, they aren't in Tarky but the Russian equivalent is. Works really well, and they are US issue gear so would be something that matches USEC. Besides, I can recommend to get a mesh balaclava instead of a mesh mask, works way better with the helmet and eyepro. Rail attached comms would top the headgear off.
You could go for the Black Division dudes from the live action series too, just a thought. Especially since you have black gear already. In general, the live action could be a decent source of inspiration for you, although there's not too much footage of the USECs in there
