That's not how that works there's a lower nape pad and a chin strap that prevents this

I said it would somersault off referring to if you didnt have your strap on, but a nape strap does not fix the fact thats its still forward heavy and will give you neck pain

A good way to test if your helmet will give you neck pain (only if you can catch) is to stick your forearm up vertically in front of you and to place your helmet on it

If it falls off you wont be having a fun time on the field or wherever your using it

The best thing he can do is equip counter weights on the back of his helmet to equalize it

Also i assumed the nape strap you referenced to was supposed to fix the neck pain
