It’s not my favorite, but I like laser-cut sometimes. The MSV is a favorite of mine for laser-cut rigs. However, I do have my own rig I made myself. It’s similar in appearance to a JPC, but I added arm plates
The arm plates are sewn into the straps so it’s a bitch to put on, but i wear it for style points when doing cosplay
It can hold actual plates and it is made of Kevlar, but I don’t actually outfit it with plates

Can’t give an accurate assessment. All my real kit time was in old interceptor Molle vests with dozens of pounds of shit for combat operations. I now own a single laser cut PC that I use mainly for working out with a small chest rig of ammo for additional weight when training so the two experiences are vastly different make an education opinion on the differences
