Difference in support and comfort sitting in the small of the back is nuts. I feel like once I get it setup right and adjust the yoke I can easily carry 80-100 pounds relatively comfortably.

Do you feel it helps at all in your reloading at all? Only ever really seen it in tarkov and don't know anyone personally to use one.

Definitely helps. AK bolts are often very tough to pull especially when the angle isn’t aligned properly. Heavy and tough. Also it being small and weird curve shaped makes finger hurt quite a bit each time you struggle.
But the charging handle fixture helps you pull it at any angle with no effort. Gives you the flexibility to charge it from different poses.

It’s honestly one of my first to go on my AK platforms, along with a new selector.

They're way way more expensive sadly lol. B.E MAWL C1+ is 3,600 now. Wilcox RAID-Xe is 3,200. PEQ's are usually 1,500+ new.

For a illuminator you're probably best off getting a Arisaka 18650 body, with a Malkoff EXIR 700 IR head, and a Z68 clicky cap. That will be 265.

Then for a IR laser you're best off putting a bit extra into getting a used OTAL-C IR or CQBL-1. Or if you can find a good deal on a IR Perst.
Unfortunately between the 2-500 dollar range there really isn't much options for IR lasers that are a good brand. If you can't find one good used, or can't fork the extra then one of the only good options is the Steiner/TNVC TOR Mini IR. They have it on sale for 115 right now. It's ugly, but it's a solid option.
